Haven't been inside. Went thru drive thru. Food is good and we got it quickly but we didn't get what we ordered. We asked for half crispy and half original got all original. We asked for an order of chicken straps and didn't get it. Should have checked the order before driving off so that's on me. But I would highly recommend always check.

Tried to go through drive through in Hillsboro but the girl taking the order didn’t understand what was on the menu apparently. I said exactly what the menu board had on it and she kept changing it to something different after twice we said forget it and drove away without food. We will not be going back. If a simple order of 2pc combo meal and 3pc tender meal is to hard to understand I don’t know what to tell you.

I have been a KFC fan for 6 decades. This KFC has totally made me hate KFC Chicken and side orders. The overpriced chicken is the lowest quality, Original Recipe spice taste bland now, even the mash potatoes are extremely dry. KFC has cheapened up their menu for the past 4 or 5 years (since COVID) and now I will never purchase another KFC anything ever again. I guess that's the way of the world right now.

Usually, they do here pretty good food here. I have had food I've had to take back, and they really don't like that. But generally, it's a KFC, like all others. I do love the biscuits. With butter and honey on them! Yum!!

Waiting over 30 mins for chicken to be cooked only to watch other customers walk out with their orders before mine. Horribly organized with no sight of planning ahead to prep food or anything. It's 5pm during rush hours and you don't anything prepared?
Went in on Feb 9th. The rap music was so loud, all the employees were standing around doing nothing. I was upset because I ordered on line so I didn't have to get out of my car, they made me go inside to get my food. It was so cold when I got home. I will never go back to the KFC on oak St again!!

How disappointing! I pull up to a completely rude women working at the drive through "she turned the light off so you cant read the menu" and then I get half of what I ordered on top of just flat out disgusting looking and tasteing food... not even worth the time or money to go get what I paid for.. I'll never return and that sucks because I was so excited that I moved to a place with a KFC....

Came here and got the chicken nugget $5 special with fries and the $5 special for a drum thigh and mashed potatoes. The chicken tasted amazing. It was fresh and fully cooked. The fries are nice and crispy on the outside soft and chewing the inside the little bit of seasoning. Mashed potatoes were a little bland.
All in all great visit. Thanks guys

The gentleman who helped us was absolutely fantastic. All of our food was hot and perfect. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the area. Can not go wrong with one of the bowls or chicken sandwiches. Made me feel like I was back in the south. Truly satisfied 😌.

Worst KFC experience ever. We went through the drive through and took it home. Service was fine, polite and quick. Food must have been in the warmer for hours before we arrived. 2 lids not fully on the drinks in the carrier, glad we noticed. One biscuit was hard as wood, I knocked it on the table and the dogs barked at the door lol. The other biscuit tasted uncooked. Chicken was overcooked. Fries were cold and soggy. Rest of the food was just bland and flavorless.
