So i had door dash deliver and 8 tenders were missing. I immediately contacted the dasher with no response. I called up the store and Robert was apologetic and made it right. Still had to go down there which was an inconvenience but he did do the best he could and im overall satisfied with the service i got. Dasher definitely got a horrible review and it was a dasher named Maria yet only one person in the car and it was a man. So the dasher account right away is dishonest. Kudos to robert at KFC for making it right.

Drive thru. Nice and speedy service. It was fresh and hot. I had the chicken nuggets. I think they're better than McDs nuggets. They included napkins and condiments correctly. And a spork! I change fries to Cole Slaw.No pics.

Haven't eaten there in a long time. Chicken strips were over cooked, like reheated. Not as good as I remembered. Mac and cheese very good, mashed potatoes and gravy kind of blah. Several tables dirty. Service was good.Parking: Not much to say other than free and almost empty.

I was not able to order online (the option to add a credit card would not work). Went in and made our order, it was done in no time at all. We sat at a booth while we waited, it was a snug fit, very uncomfortable, but, like I said we didn't have a long wait. Food was delicious. The chicken wrap is smaller than what they look like in the pictures (1 chicken tender per wrap), definitely could have eaten 2 of them. The French fries were better after being air fried at home.

Was just. "Ok". Chicken was ok. Biscuit was hard as a rock. Macaroni taste old. Mash potatoes were the norm. Hot and tasteless. Sad that KFC has to use fake honey and fake butter. Both are "spreads". And taste like it. .Drink tasted flat and too much ice.. I was visiting from out of town. Not impressed.
Not enough food made ahead so people don't have to wait for their food. It would be nice if they fill the order you get and don't cheat you out of thr food you order.

I ordered the Fill Up box that had the new chicken nuggets, 4 pieces of chicken (crispy or original), fries, biscuits, and all the dipping sauces. It fed four of us, was tender and juicy, and pretty good for KFC ?
