You know, I’ve been coming to this location for damn near 10 years now. The customer service has really gone down hill. I ordered these same thing I usually get, double teemah.
We put in a big order and she read it back correctly. I chose not to get a receipt (figured I didn’t need it because it was recited back in the correct fashion.)
Food came out, my teemah ended up being a single. I took it back up to the counter and they proceeded to tell me it was rang up as a single and charged me for an extra patty. I don’t mind paying for it, if It was missed, but it wasn’t. Unfortunately having no receipt, I can’t prove that. You could have just made it right and not charged me double but hey, that’s the world we live in nowadays I guess. So this is the first bad experience I’ve had there in near a decade. Pretty good track record, but check your receipts folks.

Waited half an hour for my burger and it was cold. They weren’t busy. Several employees sitting around joking and playing with their phone. Girl at the counter had a bad attitude. A good manager wouldn’t allow this kind of thing. I’ll avoid this location. I ended up being late getting back from my lunch break and didn’t have time to enjoy my burger. I wish I could get my tip back. Despite being cold the burger was good.
Edit: since I can’t respond to response. I ordered yesterday 6/19/25 at 6:18pm. I don’t know when you checked the cameras, probably today at lunch. It’s definitely the right location.
The way you responded reenforces my opinion on bad management. Good luck.

Came with the whole family. They enjoyed there burgers. My husband got the BBq burger and the kids got chicken sandwiches and the kids cheeseburger. Large burgers and filling. A basket of fries was enough for the three of them. I didn’t order as it was about 80 degrees in the store and I cannot eat when it’s that hot. Not sure why it was so hot but we quickly ate and left. Service was okay.
Not only is the food phenomenal...the service is absolutely outstanding. We liked it so much, we've eaten there 3 times so far just this month and we live all the way in NoPo. If you're feeling adventurous, try the peanut butter pickle bacon burger and get some twang on your fries. Sinfully delicious! My only complaint would be that they only serve Pepsi products in their fountain. Ew.

The food from Killer Burger is always exceptional, but what really pushed me to write a review today was the customer service. We came in a bit before closing on a holiday and somehow our order was miscommunicated, so we were missing one burger. It was a simple misunderstanding and not the employees fault, but the crew still went and made us that missing burger even though it was so close to closing time. They were so kind. I was really grateful and impressed.
