I have been several times, they take a long time to serve, the food is delicious, the presentation of the dish is good, the hygiene of the place is good but the music is always very loud, on one occasion I went with my mother (80 years old) I asked them to lower it a little and the owner didn't want to and we were the only customers, she still refused. Yesterday I ordered online and I didn't see where you could choose the delivery time and I didn't wait until I finished placing the order, I thought it would ask me the time at the end but no; So I spoke 5 minutes after placing the order and the owner told me if I came where to change the time and I said ok then I was wrong, I can go right now save it until I go. When my husband went he still had to wait for the order to be prepared because he had had to throw it away because he didn't want to deliver something cold. So in the owner's mind it is better to make me look bad to my husband and make him wait than to deliver the order as it was. And if you care so much about quality you could combine it with kindness; then delicious food, terrible customer service

My husband and I had lunch here and we really enjoyed it. The server was very attentive and amiable and our food was really good. My husband is from the southeast of Puebla, very close to the state of Oaxaca, so he's familiar with the Oaxacan cuisine. We've struggled to find Mexican food that we can recommend to friends without hesitation and now we can sincerely recommend this place. We shared the enmoladas with eggs and two tamales: one with chicken and mole and the other one with pork in green salsa (or "guisado verde"). The server made a mistake with the tamales and gave us one with rajas (slices of chile) but after we let her know, she brought us the one we originally ordered. The portions were generous but not outrageous and the flavor was really nice. I especially enjoyed the taste of the mole and my husband agrees with me. It tastes very, very similar to the mole he ate while growing up in Puebla.Since it was a bit cold outside, we ordered a champurrado (basically a hot chocolate with milk and corn masa to make it thick and smooth) and a chocolate de agua (with water instead of milk; this is a very typical beverage of Oaxaca). Our beverages were warm and delicious without being too sweet. After our meal, we wandered into the adjacent grocery store and we found a few items from our childhood that we haven't seen in years.Overall, we really liked the food and the service and we are sure we want to come back again.

I don't understand how they have 4 star ratings. I ordered coffee and a mole tamal. The coffee was nasty was probably old not sure. The tamal was dry, the meat was dry, the masa was dry. The mole sauce was over kill, the tamal was drowned in it. Did not taste like a fresh tamal. I honestly returned it and they did not charge me for the coffee either. The waiter was super friendly and tried to make it better but I don't think I could sit there and taste another dish.

Three times I've tried to order thru door dash and three times my order was cancelled due to they could not fulfill my order. I ordered tacos and Chile rellanos. I don't understand why the order could not be fulfilled if the restaurant is open?
