Important note: employees only speak Guatemalan so there is a language barrier when ordering even if you speak Spanish.

Garnachas and empanadas were on the burned side and had no flavor… also they charge you a fee for using your debit card.
Loved the food, the waitress was a bit on the rude side.
Understaffed…
Lonnnnggggggggggggg wait time for food
Store is no longer connected to restaurant they moved to a different location
wxcelente
You really can't go wrong here. But my favorites are the paches, pupusas with loroco, and guarnaches.
The food was not that bad but I give it 1 star because the waitress treated me badly just because we brought a drink from the store that is on par and that's why she is rude and it was the first time I went with my whole family and the worst thing was in front of the people, out of respect, I didn't respond because I felt more berwensa than the rude waitress herself, that skinny one who serves leaves a lot to be desired in the restaurant.
They take too long and the food is not that good

Questionable food handling practices ... food cooling down out back by the dumpster where mop water gets dumped down a storm drain and theb feeds into the water shed and our river system.
I’ve ordered take-out pupusas numerous times & always had a good experience; always with one particular older female who has always been exceptional despite the language barrier. Unfortunately, Sunday, my family & I decided to dine in (she wasn’t there) & had the worst dining experience ever!Being that my husband is of Hispanic race himself, there was no reason for any language misunderstandings.First off, we waited a long time for our drinks; mostly water with 3-4 pieces of tiny ice cubes floating on top. My husband finally got his water when food was served; no ice, had to wait another 15 min or so for 5 tiny ice cubes. Almost an hour later when our food was finally served, they gave us an extra dish that wasn’t ordered, messed up on 2 orders & husbands order was missing. At that point, he voiced his frustration to them, but they still didn’t get replaced order right! Waiter had an attitude & couldn’t care less!We told them we’ll just take his order to go. Waitress made so many mistakes on food order which I had to dispute with the cashier, who thankfully was pleasant.

I give it three stars because it doesn't sell all drinks, why doesn't it sell Gallo beer, but India Quiché should sell that, and the food takes a long time to deliver.
