The cashier was pleasant enough. She did not offer me my receipt and was quick to walk away and ignore me when I asked. The kid who brought my order to the counter was rude when asked for the receipt, acted confused like there could have been a receipt for anything else but what I had just ordered.

Ordered on the app while in the lobby. App never updated showing my food was available and the counter person never called my order number. After 13 minutes I decided to go ask, and behold, my order sitting under a heat lamp getting old. Met with the response from the counter person of "if you don't check in we don't know your here" as if that explains why they didn't do thier job updating the order status through the app or calling out the number. McDonald's food is bad enough as it is, but half cold it is almost inedible.

The food was horrible and soggy amd cold , the order was wrong and the place had like 5 tweakers drugged on the benches inside, horrible place and the manager was rude and ignoring everyone lol , 🗑
We ordered cones, and they tried to give them to us in cups upside down and said the ice cream was a bit soft. I said we can't eat them that way, so he offered sundays instead. We agreed. So he handed them to us, and they were so melted and filled to the top that they started leaking out of the lid seam. The ice cream was the consistency of milk but stickier and got all over the inside of our car. We stopped and threw them away. When we complained to the person at the counter what happened and that they should just say their ice cream wasn't working, she only said "ok" and walked away. Had to go home and wash the inside of my car with soap and water to get the stickiness out. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Place was dead empty, found a hair in my sandwich and all they could do was offer to remake it? No thanks! No one wears hear nets they are not cleanly or professional and when I spoke to the manager, she moved the hair from the sandwich then asked me to prove to her there was a hair as if I had lied. To make things worse when I asked for corporates number she intentionally gave me a Canadian number so I could not make a report (thank goodness Canada McDonald's threw her under the bus and gave me the right number) I wouldn't eat here if it was the last location in America and they had the pope himself running it.

Who ever was working drive thru today 12/12/2024 @8:40pm have the WORST customer service I have experienced in a long while. RUDE. Kept cutting me off ordering, was talked to with lots of attitude. Was told pull to first window to pay as usual, only one car ahead of me. I sat at the first window for about 5 mins. Decided you know what, not worth the wait for this bad service. On my way leaving without my food I see the whole crew waiting at the last window. Didn’t even say anything. Thanks for NOTHING. Never coming here. Management should definitely get a new crew.
