Ordered a plain cheeseburger. Came with only a bun for $2.49. No meat, no cheese nothing but a bun. Ridiculous!

Got to say I've lived close to this McDonald's for a while now. Over the years I've probably atte there at least a hundred times. Usually the food is good. The staff however are just rotten.
Case and point. Few days ago my order was rather cold. Was in the drive-thru for a while. Maybe it was shift change I don't know. I called and let them know about it. She took my name and told me to come back w my receipt. So 2 days later I go back w my receipt, explain what happened to the lady. She leaves me at the counter for probably 5 min then asks to see my receipt again then tells me my names not in her book and that she won't be able to do anything for me. I showed her on my phone where I called and had a 2 minute and 37 second conversation with McDonald's that day. She told me that proves nothing to her and looked past me speaking Spanish to the people behind me. I about lost it. I asked her name(not going to say it here but when I tell corporate offices and the franchise office what happened I will let them know her name) and just walked out.
I proved as much as I could that I paid and called to complain. She was rude, condescending, and probably the worst resting bit¢h face I've ever seen. She's served my at least a dozen times. People like her should not be in the service industry.

Stop hiring teenagers that can't even get an order right. This location is the worse with the lack of motivation of the people working here for a paycheck and nothing more is ridiculous but considering who this company is willing to hire and have seen it makes more sens5

Placed order and went back to work . Noticed that they have giving me wrong order.. went back with wrong order and received a replacement and it's was still wrong . I spend about 20 -$30 a day.. that's gunna stop .

Issues with app and customer support online

Had to wait forever to finally get my food. There was only 3 people and it took way to long. When I finally got my food it was cold and my drink was 3 quarters full. Then when I had to yell multiple to get some customer service. They just throw the food on the counter and run away. Then they act like you are bothering them. I ask the lady working if I could get a full drink then she cops an attitude. McDonalds is already over priced and I'm not going to spend my money somewhere I am treated like this. I work my ass off for my money and I ain't going to spend it here.

The cashier was pleasant enough. She did not offer me my receipt and was quick to walk away and ignore me when I asked. The kid who brought my order to the counter was rude when asked for the receipt, acted confused like there could have been a receipt for anything else but what I had just ordered.
