If I could give this location zero stars I would. For YEARS they have had horrible customer service, machines are always broken or they are out of their promotional items… (but other high traffic McDonald’s in the area won’t). Do not waist your time or money at this location and go literally anywhere else!

My order was perfect. I understand not everyone has their orders correct, but honestly it's fast food for a reason meaning, they're taking multiple orders at one time trying to multi-task and I think respectfully some should get a break, they try their hardest and unfortuanatly no one can be perfect, but the effort should always be appreciated as well as those who get orders correct the first time. I think if you want perfect go to a more higher priced place than complain about these hardworking folks who genuinely care about their jobs because honestly some really do care enough to get those orders right and are sincere, and those are the kinds of employees who deserve credit where it belongs. Incredible team.
Just went through the drive thru, not only was I rushed through my order, when I was watching the screen because things were being rung up wrong I tried to correct him and he’s like ‘well I heard this’ and then tries to fix it but I was still charged for something I wasn’t supposed to be charged for. Then we get home and I open my daughter’s happy meal and there’s no burger patty on it.
The guy taking my order had such an attitude and if he would have taken the time to actually listen to me and not rush me through then less mistakes would happen.
Really need better energy here and understanding. Mistakes happen and that’s okay but this was totally avoidable.

They one have a couple good people there at night their crew is slow but then tried to wave his hand to rush me when I was already sitting there for 20 minutes while they worked on one car in front of me. Today I get a mouthy girl that doesn’t know how points and coupons work and talks back to me and argues with me over the speaker tries to tell me she’s gonna get her manager who’s gonna tell me the same thing but guess who was wrong not me because I wasn’t using 2 coupons I was using one coupon after I had just giving them the code to earn points. I really try to be as nice as possible but they honestly suck here. Like I said there’s a few good ones but they definitely are out numbered but the idiots
