They one have a couple good people there at night their crew is slow but then tried to wave his hand to rush me when I was already sitting there for 20 minutes while they worked on one car in front of me. Today I get a mouthy girl that doesn’t know how points and coupons work and talks back to me and argues with me over the speaker tries to tell me she’s gonna get her manager who’s gonna tell me the same thing but guess who was wrong not me because I wasn’t using 2 coupons I was using one coupon after I had just giving them the code to earn points. I really try to be as nice as possible but they honestly suck here. Like I said there’s a few good ones but they definitely are out numbered but the idiots

Disappointing Experience at McDonald's – Deceptive and Unacceptable Service!
I am absolutely livid with the McDonald's drive-thru at 2435 NE Town Center Dr, and after this experience, I will NEVER return. My family and I specifically went to get the Pokémon Happy Meal toys that were supposed to come with the meal. We were looking forward to it, but what we got instead was a complete nightmare.
We ordered through the drive-thru and were charged for the Pokémon Happy Meal, with the register even showing the Pokémon option. When we got to the window, the manager handed us our meals—and instead of the Pokémon toys, we got Sonic toys. When we asked about the Pokémon toys, she claimed they were out of stock, but we could see other cars getting the exact toys we ordered!
To make matters worse, the manager lied to us repeatedly and said there were no Pokémon toys left. She then casually admitted she was keeping all the Pokémon cards for herself! This is beyond frustrating—she stole the toys we paid for and blatantly lied to our faces.
I’m beyond disappointed in how this was handled. It's one thing to make a mistake, but this was deliberate dishonesty, theft, and an overall disgusting display of customer service. We were scammed, and I’ll never trust this McDonald's location again. I strongly advise others to avoid this drive-thru. This behavior is completely unacceptable.

Sometimes angry guy tries to cut me off and swears at me in the drive through then I pay the next windows I pick up my soda then they say next window for my order. And no one is there. I end up calling the the place to ask after what for a while. I think was nonsense. The way it was handle and as I waited the guy who cut me off flipped me off as he drove by. Over all I am not going back.
