This visit started out horribly when I tried to make my order and the cashier tried to force me to use the kiosk. Strike one. Once the order was made, we went back to the playback with our son and the entire area was dirty and disgusting, with spilled milk on the floor, food all over the tables and floor, sticky soda on the tables, etc. When we went to the front, we were met with attitude from the staff and manager, who eventually sent someone to clean the area. The restaurant was not busy in the lobby, and many of the tables in the lobby as well as the floors were dirty.

I was 9-6-25 at noon, it was not busy. The playland lobby was gross. All the tables had garbage on them and under them. There was a milk spilled on the food that no one cleaned up and they must have known about it because there was a wet floor sign laying on the ground next to it. I got attitude from an employee when I asked for a manager. The manager did eventually send someone out to clean, but again they were not busy at all and should have had someone checking the main lobby and the play place lobby. This is unprofessional and leaving hazzards in the playland is unacceptable.

I haven't been inside of McDonald's in a while, it was shocking. There are no cashiers anymore, you have to make your order with a giant iPad you can't even talk to human being.

Your food is handed to you out of window in a paper bag no trays anymore. I wasn't given any ketchup and it was awkwardly soon there for about 3 minutes before a human walked past the bunker window.

No soda machine in the lobby even, if you get free refills I wouldn't know how.

A totally bizarre experience and I will never ever go through it again.

Way to go people. Special order I asked for no onions.
What I got was lots of onions.
And a bonus of a burnt, stale, hard, cold piece of meat.
I scraped off the onions and tried to eat the hamburger. It was not edible.
The taste of onions with a hockey-puck piece of meat.
What a waste of money.

There's a honey of handsome working late nights, happened to be there in the wee hours of the AM (Technically a Tues but before the breakfast hr and this location has 2 Happy Meals for $6-7 bucks on Tuesday Love it! Gimme all the toys! I also like them for the portions. It's not like the fries are THAT good anymore) add eye candy at the window = money!

If I can give 0 stars I would. Whenever me and my family go here, it always has been a horrible experience. From the service, to the food. It's awful. Kids that work here does not have any work ethics. No good customer service.
Also, if an order was just ice cream cones, it should not take a whole 20 minutes to be served.

Food was fine, no complaints except for it being lukewarm upon receiving it. However, whoever the front cashier is with the hat pulled over his eyes was really stand-offish and rude. Couldn't get his attention, and once I did, I asked for salt and he just rudely tosses down a few salt packets like it's the hardest task that poor thing ever had to do.
Right before I left, there was a man at the register ordering from the same cashier, and I stood there for a few minutes. As soon as the man is done ordering the cashier whips around and walks away back into the kitchen. Hire someone who actually wants to work.

Manager bullies the special needs worker and food often takes 20+ minutes if you eat in the lobby

I’ve been going here for a year and today has been my last straw. Not only have the staff messed up every single order I have ordered, it sometimes comes out cold, completely wrong AND they let someone TAKE my food once! They messed up my order and insulted my name to my FACE.
