Food was fine, no complaints except for it being lukewarm upon receiving it. However, whoever the front cashier is with the hat pulled over his eyes was really stand-offish and rude. Couldn't get his attention, and once I did, I asked for salt and he just rudely tosses down a few salt packets like it's the hardest task that poor thing ever had to do. Right before I left, there was a man at the register ordering from the same cashier, and I stood there for a few minutes. As soon as the man is done ordering the cashier whips around and walks away back into the kitchen. Hire someone who actually wants to work.

I’ve been going here for a year and today has been my last straw. Not only have the staff messed up every single order I have ordered, it sometimes comes out cold, completely wrong AND they let someone TAKE my food once! They messed up my order and insulted my name to my FACE.

Went in side to order, but now you have to do it all yourself. I don't get a discount for working for McDonald's so why do I want to do it. I turned and walked out and went to jack in the box to actually get service. Its funny that nobody would even acknowledge us.

I dont like mcdonalds egg. I always order sausage mcmuffin, this place usually gives me sausage mcmuffin with egg instead of what I ordered. It's really annoying. Sometimes they charge me extra for the eggs, sometimes they give me the egg for free; but I hate the eggs with passion and didn't order them.

Service is horrible, I placed an online order to get inside, and we waited almost 30 minutes before we went up to ask about the order. They had it setting in the back for 10 minutes. The trash inside was overflowing onto the floor, and the return area for trays was stuffed full of trash. There was orange food splashed all over the wall by the pickup counter and looked like it was pretty dry. Another customer was angry because the tea was sour and spoiled. I have no clue what was going on, but it was poor service and the filthiest McDonald's I have ever been in. We go to McDonald's in McMinnville all the time, and it is clean, fast service, and good workers... talk about a shocker to see this.

They do not offer any drink refills and makes you purchase a whole new cup. Staff is rude, meal was done incorrectly ordered double cheese burger with modifications and one out of 2 was right. Will never go to this location again

One of the worst McDonald's in the area. On average, it takes over 10 minutes to receive food if you're in the lobby; their main goal is to serve drive thru customers.
Additionally, the service is non existent. There is no front counter service. In fact, there is no front counter at all. Just four kiosks where customers are required to input their own orders without any communication to the staff.
The lobby is dirty and gross; flies were buzzing everywhere and getting trapped in bags (purses, backpacks, etc). The tables and chairs were sticky. The play structure looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years.
The atmosphere screams unwelcome vibes at customers. In fact, there's even a sign in the lobby stating you can't eat there longer than 30 minutes or it's considered loitering.
Very impersonal, very unprofessional, very dirty.

I seldom take the time to review, especially if it is not a good one. To be honest, it was the worst McDonald's experience ever. The food wasn't hot overall, but the biggest disappointment was the fries. I have never in my life had fries from McDonald's that were burnt and tasted bland.
