Took a friend out to celebrate we each ordered 3 piece fish and chips cajun tots and a soda I was extremely shocked to get the bill $70 for lunch i love mcmenamins but this is beyond ridiculous. I think i have to be done with mcmenamins. I could have got to a much better restaurant for much less money it's a shame

We went here for dinner with friends and would never visit this place again. At least this branch of McMenamins. It took 30 mins to get to us to take an order and another 1 hour for the order to arrive. People were not willing to come to table for any additional things or just to take an order. We were hungry and a large group, so couldn't step out. The food was good. But not worth the service what we received. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place if you are hungry and want to grab food soon.

Great experience, beautiful location and the food was delicious! I had some friends visiting town and we went there to have dinner. we all had a great time and loved the ambiance along with the food and the drinks! definitely recommend whether its for a date, just a day out or if you have any special events. Thank you!!

This McMenamins is set on such a cute property, big wrap around bar, and ample seating- but a big disappointment in food and service. Took quite a while to take our food orders and even longer to bring out the food which was barely warm and even longer to bring out ketchup for the fries after we asked for the 3rd time. It wasn't a busy day as maybe 1/3 of the restaurant was full but service still dragged. Thee food and drinks here are fine but nothing to write home about. We had the cup of clam chowder, cheeseburger sliders and steak frites. Clam chowder was probably the best out of the bunch, cheeseburger sliders were toasted on the top but bottom bun was cold, and the steak was overdone. I'm sure this is a great spot for locals to grab a beer and I love how each location has their own history, but if you're looking for an amazing meal with prompt service this sadly isn't the place for you.

The wait was 15 minutes for a restaurant not even a quarter full. Our server was slow and snippy with my mom when she was trying to pay her bill, the hostess was rude too and glared at me when I got my printed receipt that I requested from the printer. The service was extremely slow, it took 15-20 minutes just to get our drinks and they didn't bring them out all at once. The bill was outrageous, almost $90 for mediocre food. The restaurant was also full of screaming children which is definitely not the normal ambiance you expect. Would not return.

It was a long wait for service and then for our meal even though it was past the lunch hour and there were few diners. Husband loved his burger and the fries. I had the pasta with tomatoes, spinach and Parmesan. Wayyyy too oily. Scant amount of spinach. There were only a few tiny diced pieces of flavorless barely even pink tomato.

First their beers are great, and as good as ever. Unfortunately that doesn't apply to their food. No more fresh cut fries and the burgers are no way near as good. But, enjoy the beer

This place is perfect for a nice day or a big event, they have plenty of seating , however it will get a little load because it is a very social place. Staff is always very nice but never are fast. Most of the time the food is very good definitely would recommend, parking is also hard

This is probably my favorite Mcmenamins location. The property is not too big or too small. It is so beautiful in the summer. The buildings are very rustic and feel like cabins. The way the apple trees line the grassy areas provides ample coverage. There are plenty of picnic benches around to sit on. That one day our family was here, we spent a couple of hours eating lunch, playing ball, and taking breaks in between. We even got the luxury of watching a wedding procession. The food I got was above average from their usual options. Personally, I got the seasonal moon salad with added chicken. There was a little bit of sweetness from the cranberries, sweet potatoes, and honey glazed pecans. There was a nice crunchy texture from the nuts. And the small amount of goat cheese did not overpower the dish. The salad was well covered by the maple stout vinaigrette. Really nice sweet and savory option. Despite our numbers, we were well taken care of. Service was quick and thorough. I would like to go this location with the kids again once spring comes around.

I would give it 5 stars for the location and the outside eating areas. The layout is great, parking is easy. Love the firepits and sting lights, it makes for a great evening. the only issue is speed of service. seems to be a thing at most of their locations. We have waited over 50 minutes for food at times. Lunch is usually a timed event so we now skip this location.

Ambiance is so great here, sadly it doesn't make up for the poor service and food quality (also, $16.75 for a plate of tater tots)?!!! Pizza was so burned it was practically inedible, fries were soggy. Sadly we didn't see our waiter again once the food was delivered after 45 minutes, so we had to go hunt down our own condiments. We finally tracked him down to pays the bill. I chose to come here to celebrate some birthdays, and left feeling embarrassed.

Let me preface this by saying that we frequent McMennamins whenever in-town or traveling throughout Oregon/Washington. We used to love coming here, but unfortunately, things have changed. At our most recent visit, we were seated at a table under a speaker. The music seemed a bit loud for the section that we were sitting in, so after The Ramones came on the playlist, I politely asked our server if they could turn it down a bit. After speaking to the manager, our server informed us that it's "company policy" to keep the music loud enough so that you can't hear the next table's conversation. We were offered another seating option outside in direct sun, which would have been worse. As a frequent McMennamins customer, I've never experienced music this loud. Likewise, I have an auditory processing disability, so I can hear every conversation around me regardless if there is music playing or not.... The combination becomes unbearable after a short while. I shouldn't have to disclose an unseen medical disability to eat dinner in an environment I'm used to comfortably eating dinner in. If this is truly company policy, I urge you to reconsider and consider your guests with unseen disabilities or at the very least, pick a new playlist that is less annoying and doesn't contain The Ramones.

How absolutely sad. The ambience is perfect, the food is mediocre, and the service is beyond abysmal. For some reason, beyond my comprehension they didn't let us put the tables together for our party of 12. Ridiculous adherence to policy turned me off immediately. Best of luck with this place. The food is ok, but don't be in a hurry.

Came to imbrie hall on Cornelius pass rd. Met some co workers for food and drinks. Service was very slow for both food and drinks! Drinks went dry and food arrived cold after an hours time! I had the 19th hole sandwich and it was good but definitely not worth 21 dollars! My co worker had the pizza and said it was ok but cold as well. Be aware this place is expensive for food and not sure why? The food is just average at best and the service could be better!
