Horrible customer service and the owner is extremely rude and does not know how to conduct business. Puts down high school kids that apply with no background looking for their first job. There is nothing like nocking our children down instead of teaching and helping them out.
Not bad

Whenever there's a line, watch out, it's gonna take awhile! ? But the frozen yogurt is always wonderful! I usually get the pineapple if it's available or a mix of vanilla x chocolate. Sometimes they're out of some toppings, but it's no biggie, because they always have a great selection to choose from! You pay by the weight of your yogurt, so you can get a lot of yogurt for a little price!
I just wish customer service was a bit better. Employees always look bored and tired or done with their customers whenever I go in, not super pleasant

Underrated frozen yogurt spot in the Tanasbourne area!
The staff are beyond friendly and courteous. There is a large variety of flavors and toppings and something for everyone here. Everything feels clean and well stocked, which isn't something to take for granted at frozen yogurt spots.
The price is affordable and won't break the bank when you take your family out for a treat.
Only wish there was more outdoor seating, but they make the most of what space they have.
Looking forward to coming back soon!

Self serve but yet another place asking for tips? With one pint being the same price as an entire cheesecake from trader Joe's next door. Menchies stop being so cheap and pay your employees better so they aren't begging for tips. Do better with your overpriced yogurt.

Menchie's Frozen Yogurt is the best in the Portland area. There are plenty of flavors to choose from, and mochi is my favorite (only this location has it).
Located in Tanasbourne Village, we usually visit after shopping. It has lots of parking space and offers both indoor and outdoor seating.

Be advised this location runs differently than the progress ridge and the Vancouver location. Attended on May 31st. No sample cups were offered. The bathroom was trashed. Employees were standing around talking about other jobs they were applying for. Meanwhile, the floors were dirty and garbage cans were full. Tables and chairs were all messed up. Surprised the cashier directed our attention to the tip screen. She did not prompt us to use our membership number. Yogurt area was clean and toppings well stocked. Bummed this location was not as desirable as other locations I have visited in the past 6 mos.

Good ice, the choices of topings are ok, a bit pricy and not to much space to sit down.

As an avid barista, it was neat to be able to have full control of making your own flavours instead of having it done for you behind the counter!
Anyhow, it was really fascinating to see how the machines froze the base mix into the desired consistency, since I've always been intrigued with how ice cream was made since I was little! I'm just surprised I hadn't heard of Menchies until noww, for they started back when I was twelve, but I don't know when they came out to Oregon!

This place is more reasonable than other frozen yogurt shops (under $10 in the picture below). The shop is clean and spacious, and there is a board for kids to play on. On this particular day, Creamy Cocoa Hazelnut, Smooth Caramel, Takes CFake Batter, Peachy Keen, Cold Brew, I Dream of Cookies N' Cream, Meyer Lemon Sorbet, Colombian Supremo Coffee, Blue Raspberry Tart, Original Tart, Pure Chocolate, and Creamy Country Vanilla were offered. The taste was natural, with almost no artificial, overly sweet flavors.
Great shop, very clean with cheerful employees. Lots of flavors and toppings to choose from. Indoor and outdoor seating.
