Excellent flavours of frozen yoghurt and a must try new flavour cheese cake. Also variety of toppings available to be added on top.
Just walked in got what is supposed to be frozen yogurt and it’s liquid. Sorry but never again. It was the worst experience. At least freeze your yogurt. Unenjoyable
Great food, bad prices
My family and I have supported this location, frequently, for a long time. Tonight we arrived to find the place a total mess. Very dirty, many products missing, counters and floor disgusting. There were one or more people in the back blasting personal music and being loud. After we checked out, the tall male in front handling payment etc walked over to notice things were missing and grabbed a handful of toppings out of the container and put it in his mouth, and went back to ignoring the state of the place. Paired with the very recent review of a customer reporting a male worker open mouth repeatedly coughing on products has me concerned regarding the declining standards and safety at this store. This is very unusual for this location. I looked to send a contact email directly but couldn't find a contact person to let them know. See previous glowing review.
Previous review. This location has the nicest and most accommodating staff and owner(s). Everyone I've ever encountered has been helpful, patient and kind. Even when I've observed people being not so thoughtful towards staff. I witnessed a particularly entitled guest this week and wanted to shout out the team at Menchies as a reminder for us all to treat people in the service industry with more fairness and complement their hard work.
Pomegranate icecream was the best
Very fun atmosphere for the kids. There were many flavors to choose from.
Walked in to some young guy immediately coughing in my face, turns out he worked there. He did NOT know how to cover his mouth, open air coughing onto everything, even while he was handling food. He had his co workers telling him to go into the back and he was straight refusing. Absolutely disgusting behavior, I felt gross for my kids even getting anything. Not even wearing a mask, like we didn't go through a pandemic for almost 5 years.
Menchie's Frozen Yogurt was a great experience. First, you choose your cup size—they have a large and a small. Then, you choose your yogurt flavor(s); you can mix and match. Next, choose from a large variety of toppings and sauces, such as chocolate caramel. Finally, your creation is weighed (at $0.72 per ounce), so be mindful of the weight of your creation and just know that you had to pay per ounce. I would recommend coming here and getting yourself a tasty treat. It was worth visiting, and the place was not crowded.
Horrid
Horrible customer service and the owner is extremely rude and does not know how to conduct business. Puts down high school kids that apply with no background looking for their first job. There is nothing like nocking our children down instead of teaching and helping them out.

Whenever there's a line, watch out, it's gonna take awhile! ? But the frozen yogurt is always wonderful! I usually get the pineapple if it's available or a mix of vanilla x chocolate. Sometimes they're out of some toppings, but it's no biggie, because they always have a great selection to choose from! You pay by the weight of your yogurt, so you can get a lot of yogurt for a little price!
I just wish customer service was a bit better. Employees always look bored and tired or done with their customers whenever I go in, not super pleasant

Underrated frozen yogurt spot in the Tanasbourne area!
The staff are beyond friendly and courteous. There is a large variety of flavors and toppings and something for everyone here. Everything feels clean and well stocked, which isn't something to take for granted at frozen yogurt spots.
The price is affordable and won't break the bank when you take your family out for a treat.
Only wish there was more outdoor seating, but they make the most of what space they have.
Looking forward to coming back soon!
