I went to MOD at the TV highway location last night, around 7:58 PM. They were not busy at all. I stood in the line by myself (no one else was in line) and there was a short Hispanic lady making a salad. She intentionally never acknowledged me, never looked at me, never said a word to me, but just kept very slowly making a salad. For over 10 minutes. After this time, I walked out, angry. I've never had such horrible service. New employees should be trained to at least ACKNOWLEDGE a customer who is waiting on line, just with a simple "I'll be right with you", or something, instead of ignoring them because they don't feel like making a pizza. I won't be back to this location.

Not interested in your business. Tried repeatedly to order through door dash and they were “unable to process” the order despite being open and listed on the app. I was out a lot of money that had to be refunded from door dash over several days. Used to be a fan but will not deal with establishments that can’t get the back office together.

It’s important to hire employees who are able to provide good customer service. Some dude in a green shirt with curly hair sticking out from the sides and an untrimmed neck beard actively rolled his eyes in front of me because the person at the register said “oh; wait sorry one more thing” and it wasn’t something he had to move to get. Just straight attitude for absolutely no reason. The other customer was perfectly respectful. I’m surprised they didn’t see it.

They couldn't understand what I meant by telling them I wanted it half-baked. I had to explain it more than once that I only wanted it cooked halfway because I was going to finish cooking it later. The place wasn't very clean either.
Dietary restrictions: They are pretty good about your restrictions. Especially if you have allergies. They do what what they can to accommodate.

I am not sure what’s going on with their pizza? I paid for the large basic pepperoni and I literally got 2 pepperoni for every slice! What the heck! I know they’re try to make profit, but come on! Put more pepperoni for the price I’m paying for!

Yummy pizza at Mod tonight. How did they know that I loved the crust when it was completely burnt like that? I didn't even have to ask for an extra layer of charcoal when I ordered. Glad that didn't cost me extra. I also forgot to ask them to make sure to leave the toppings cold because who likes hot melted cheese on their pizza? Ugh, not I! I left it on the table when we left so everyone could admire their beautiful masterpiece. I can't wait to go back for more charcoal pizza. Yum.
