I'm not sure where customer service has gone to these days but the employees refusing to acknowledge customers is crazy! The food was good but the atmosphere was horrible. Every one of the employees looked like they hated their lives, each other, and the fact that they had to be there.

It had been a few months since I have visited and exactly what I was looking for! Pizza was cooked perfectly and no real burn marks. Unlimited toppings is the way to go.
A guy with a green hat/beanie made my pizza. I asked for him to go bonkers with the pineapple and bro did just that, best pizza ever 10/10

Thankfully they took the 'super fast' sign down, because even when there's very few customers, it takes a very long time to get a pizza, even when ordered ahead of time via the app.

I went to MOD at the TV highway location last night, around 7:58 PM. They were not busy at all. I stood in the line by myself (no one else was in line) and there was a short Hispanic lady making a salad. She intentionally never acknowledged me, never looked at me, never said a word to me, but just kept very slowly making a salad. For over 10 minutes. After this time, I walked out, angry. I've never had such horrible service. New employees should be trained to at least ACKNOWLEDGE a customer who is waiting on line, just with a simple "I'll be right with you", or something, instead of ignoring them because they don't feel like making a pizza. I won't be back to this location.
