Thankfully they took the 'super fast' sign down, because even when there's very few customers, it takes a very long time to get a pizza, even when ordered ahead of time via the app.

New menu prices. Now you pay for more toppings. I understand the price increase, but unlimited toppings is what set this place apart from other pizzarias.

Kid-friendliness: They have a kids meal.

They couldn't understand what I meant by telling them I wanted it half-baked. I had to explain it more than once that I only wanted it cooked halfway because I was going to finish cooking it later. The place wasn't very clean either.

Dietary restrictions: They are pretty good about your restrictions. Especially if you have allergies. They do what what they can to accommodate.
