Ninja Ramen (Hillsboro)

I have been coming to this place for several years now, it used to be really good for Karaage Don, but now the chicken comes burnt and with barely any spicy sauce on it. They also WAY overcharge for more meat in the ramen, $8 for an extra piece of meat is absurd when that's half the price of the ramen bowl. I tried their tonkatsu ramen and it doesn't taste like it did years ago, the new management is not keeping this place up well like the previous ones did, I would not reccommend it.

It was a great experience, great service, but subpar food. Then everything took a turn for the worst when everyone we took to ninja ramen got some of the worst food poisoning we’ve all ever experienced.

Food was amazing and great price. The service was top notch, very attentive and helpful and super respectful. To the man who served and the whole staff thank you. I definitely will come back when I come up here again.

This place is criminally under rated. Deluxe bowl has a generous amount of noodles, amazing broth with deep flavor, perfectly cooked jammy yolks on the egg. Always great ramen.

Love this place. It’s a little “hole in the wall” looking but their food is sooooooo good. The tan tan ramen is my favorite! I get it every time. Perfect amount of peanut-y and spicy. Today I also tried the pork pot stickers which were amazing! Definitely homemade and not frozen or deep fried.

Great food but, to-go option only?

16.85 for the deluxe ramen already feels expensive and now I have to pay a .50 cent to go fee and a tip for no table service. Kinda weird might try some new places in town after this.

Kinda boring overly salty tonkotsu broth, that was not very hot. The Chashu pork was ice cold in my bowl of ramen as well as the soft boiled eggs. Service was just OK, and a customer walked out while we were there after she was told to sit anywhere, and after she chose where to sit was told she couldn’t sit there.

Would I go back? No. There are so many other ramen spots in the Portland area, why would I waste my money at a mediocre ramen spot.

I can't claim to have had ramen from every joint west of 217, but I've had quite a few, and so far I think this is my favorite.

I went to Ninja Ramen with my boyfriend and it is such a lovely place to eat at!!! I loved the food and everything about the place it was nice and cozy inside. I highly reccomend trying it out. 5 stars for everything food, service, and atmosphere. There was pretty high beat anime music and other bands playing on a tv and the food is divine and melts in your mouth kind of good. I want to go here so much more. Also their boba tea is so good! 😄💖🥰

Took my grandson (please understand he's a 12yr old foodie. This might not be the place for a picky eater) we had a great dinner!

The food is amazing and the older lady always places the customer first. She is my favorite. Unfortunately today a younger man was working with her and began yelling at her while myself and a couple of other customers were on the restaurant. He made it a point to tell her he was offered the manager position and stormed into the back to bang pots around. I really hope he is not in charge now, he was even cussing at her. She always works really hard when I come in to eat there.

Went here because my youngest likes ramen. Food is good, albeit a bit salty. Decorations in the restaurant are nice and authentic. However, things are very disorganized. There are items everywhere like garbage bags in boxes on shelves visible, and the garbage can as well with garbage in it. They even had gas containers on the counter. Service was a bit slow because they were having system issues but there was only two of us there. They were semi polite but barking to each other. The grandma is very sweet..the younger lady was not. When I said thanks after leaving she just frowned at me.

Honestly, lower quality service than I'd expect given the price. Didn't leave a great impression.
