The food is amazing and the older lady always places the customer first. She is my favorite. Unfortunately today a younger man was working with her and began yelling at her while myself and a couple of other customers were on the restaurant. He made it a point to tell her he was offered the manager position and stormed into the back to bang pots around. I really hope he is not in charge now, he was even cussing at her. She always works really hard when I come in to eat there.

Went here because my youngest likes ramen. Food is good, albeit a bit salty. Decorations in the restaurant are nice and authentic. However, things are very disorganized. There are items everywhere like garbage bags in boxes on shelves visible, and the garbage can as well with garbage in it. They even had gas containers on the counter. Service was a bit slow because they were having system issues but there was only two of us there. They were semi polite but barking to each other....

Great meal! We love that it offers both Ramen and Bento. The older woman who runs the store is very passionate and a pleasure to visit with! I personally order the Sukiyaki ramen every time. The price is just right for the portions and we usually can bring some home after filling up! We were also given a stamp card that allows us to earn free ramen. Authentic and welcoming, we have been back many times and will continue to visit.
