We decided on a miniature bar crawl through Hillsboro and found this place!
Didn't have any food, we got a growler of a Prickley Pear Guava IPA, and the vibes were electric, very nice staff, clean environment, and walkability was excellent!
Good drinks, seems they only have pretzels for food though. A few other snacks items would be great.

They have limited food; peanut butter pretzels, however they do have a soft pretzel 🥨 W/ stone ground mustard and cheese sauce which was great. All the bartenders have been nice and helpful and have given me zero issues with my service animal. It's a perfect place for a beer while taking a stroll down main street. They typically are quiet on the weekdays but it seems packed on the weekends (which is a good sign). This is the 3rd time I've frequented this establishment and it's the same great customer service every single time. I would 💯 recommend this for any local or outsider to have a beer and relax.

Noble Hop is a great place to hang out with your friends or meet new people. They don't have anything more than snacks, but you're welcome to bring your own food in. You can bring games and hang out, or they've also got trivia nights, occasional music, and a run club that starts and ends at the location. Price is up to you according to how many beers you want to enjoy, and they have a few fridges with a good selection of things to bring home. The owners are great and the staff is super friendly. It's never a bad time at Noble.
