Placed an order to go. Staff answered the phone and were very rude when I placed my order. Having never ordered from here, I asked for a tonkotsu ramen with miso broth, an egg, and tofu. I’m new to the ramen scene. Instead of suggesting the miso ramen (what I was looking for looking back) the staff said “ tonkotsu ramen and miso ramen are two separate things. What do you want?!?!?” In a very irritated tone. Flustered, I got the tonkotsu ramen with tofu. When I brought the ramen home, the broth was extremely bland. The ramen itself had zero flavor. I usually am able to finish a whole takeout serving of ramen, however, I am not looking forward to eating this with every bite. Save yourself some time and go to the SIGNIFICANTLY better ramen place down the street “Koku Ramen & Bites”.
