This is the first place I found in Hillsboro that does not mix a whole wheel of cheese through a pasta dish. Very decent pasta for the price.

Employees would rather be on their phones or chatting than deal with customers. They finished my to go order while I was waiting, and I didn't get it for at least 10 minutes after that because they were too busy talking to each other and ignoring customers. I also saw multiple health and safety violations occur just in the time I was waiting.

Took home a wonderful meal! Hadn't been to Noodles & Co for several years, but it was absolutely wonderful! So delicious, and the service was fantastic.

Edit: tried this place again and ordered cheese tortellini with meatballs added. The food, especially the tortellinis, were cold. Had to throw some of the food out. Not going to this place again for anything.
This was never a particularly good place to eat, but used to be an ok choice for cheap fresh takeout noodle dishes. With the new items they are putting out though, this chain continues to go downhill. I tried the new chicken bacon alfredo and while it did come out nice and hot, half of the little bacon crumbles were just pieces of squishy fat that I had to spit out, and the rest of the pasta was tasteless.
Would no longer recommend. On the plus side, the staff tried their best to be helpful.
Life's been a bit rough came in. It probably was obvious I was crying before i came in. The staff member that helped me was super sweet and kind. I was so preoccupied with having an emotional day I missed whether they had a name tag to report how good they were. My memory isn't the best right now with having emotions high but I think she had short black hair and some jewelry I don't remember exactly what jewelry/piercings as my brain feels like mush from stress. I'm just trying to describe the staff member in place of when I should have checked if they had a name tag I was just spacey. Thank you to that staff member you made my day a lot better with how kind and sweet you were.

You should hire people who know how to read. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and paid $4.25 for Parmesan crusted chicken breast and I got my order without it. It’s not hard to read.
If you can't staff your restaurant, you should close down move and let a different business move in.
Haven't been to this place in a long time the service is still very bad, 7 employees just looked at me and then didn't even acknowledge my existence did not take my order. Had to leave. Don't waste your money on bad service.

Came in tonight and ordered three dishes. Original order for one was the wrong thing completely, Luckily, I caught that after about five minutes, sitting down, looking at the receipt and told them. Then when entrees came out two of them were missing the chicken that we ordered extra- Shows chicken on the receipt was ordered. Immediately told when they sat down the dishes that they were missing and they said oh no, we’ll go check on it. After sitting there letting the food get cold for about 10 minutes, watching them decorate for Halloween while the trashcan overflowed, and the chicken never came. Finally went up to the front and asked about it again and they apparently had forgotten again, and they just pulled it out of a little container behind the grill and handed it over in a little tiny dish. Pretty bad experience, for $40 in mediocre pasta in plastic dishes. I’ve posted a picture of the trashcan because it was comically overfilled.
Update! They offered me a free bowl of noodles for my inconvenience hahaha

Noodles and Co is yet another restaurant that has succumbed to Grubhub and Uber Eats ruining the at location experience. The food here is pretty good, lots of noodle options with Italian, Asian and others. There are vegetarian options as well.
But what do you do? Do you go to the restaurant and get half your order in a reasonable amount of time but then sit around for an hour waiting for the rest of your food? Or do you sit at home and pay twice as much for food that is no longer fresh, but at least you’ll get it faster?
I’m sorry but if you show up at a restaurant and place an order, your food shouldn’t be constantly bumped in the cook order because of online orders. For that this place has ruined any chance of being a good option to get.
Any restaurant prioritizing those orders over customers who show up should be avoided until they better prioritize their customers.

Teenagers running this store. Already a bad sign.
Food was EXTREMELY SALTY. Third time eating here and I always have bad experiences. I should have taken my a$$ to Olive Garden instead since they have NEVER ENDING PASTA

Love all noodles. Great selection and quality.
This noodles really have it all together. They fill your order in a timely manner, and everything is always correct. Thanks guys keep up the great work because your customers expect it and deserve it.
Just no. I’m not one to leave bad reviews but I even read the reviews before I came here and ugh, should have stayed away. But my grandma wanted to get her nails done next door and so we just went here for convenience because she can’t walk very well. I got the Mac and cheese to play it safe. She ordered the garlic tortellini. Well they got her order wrong and brought zucchini so she had to wait 15 more minutes for her correct order. She just couldn’t believe it. They brought mine with no fork: had to walk over and ask for one. Mine was bland like BAD MAC AND CHEESE, how do you manage that? She said hers was ok but she found a little like sticker piece of paper in hers????? After waiting 15 minutes, for there to be garbage in her meal (will attach a pic) Then same thing, no fork. Had to walk over and ask for one. Just unacceptable. I just should have listened to all the bad reviews. This location needs help ASAP.
