How are you suppose to eat the cake with no spoon? The response was not for these. Customer service was rude. He was nicer and friendlier to the people before us.
If I had known beforehand there is not utensils I would have never went. As I live 1 hour away. I happen to be in the area for errands and meetings. This place is for people who live down the street and are going home after. Or if you want to carry your cake around with you until you can find utensils otherwise it will just melt in the car.

I'm very pleased with the customer service provided by the manager, Trista! I had ordered a cake for delivery, which I didn't know was provided by Uber Eats. The cake never made it to the recipient, despite very clear delivery instructions. I called NBC and spoke with Trista who was very understanding, apologetic, and genuinely helpful. She provided me with a refund to remedy the situation. I will definitely be ordering cakes in the future!

First time coming in for my birthday and I loved it! I chose the strawberry and cream cake. The person that greeted me was really friendly even though I showed up almost at closing. I sat down to eat it at home thinking I was going to eat half that day and the other half the next day, but it was so good I ended up eating it all in one sitting. I’m really happy with the experience and I’m exited to try the other flavors now. I’m a fan now.
