The sushi is good for the price, but it is so frustrating that they do not stick to their posted hours. I’ve gone on a Saturday night and they were closed. Tuesday at lunch? Closed. It feels like a 50/50 chance whether they’re actually open. I get that it’s a family business and things come up, but this has been going on for a while. O Sushi isn't the best sushi in the world, but it is a great local place that is always going to have the same great options so you can pop in for lunch or dinner and get good food quick since it's on a conveyor belt. Like any conveyor belt sushi place if there is something you want warm, like gyoza, ask for some fresh ones rather than grabbing from the belt. They also have other great menu items like their ramen.
