After being in the area over a year I just discovered this place and I love it. So far I've tried the supreme, vegetarian, and wet burritos. Carnitas, chicken, and pastor are great. Prices are super reasonable and service is fast. Everything I'm looking for a in Mexican food truck. Can't wait to try the tortas and the rest of the menu
Been twice now to this taco-tastic truck and its consistently good! First time, we ordered the chorizo quesadilla and taco (3) plate with lengua, asada and carnitas. Second time, we ordered the pastor quesadilla, bean and cheese burrito and the wet burrito with asada. Everything has been delicious! My fav proteins so far are the lengua, carnitas and chorizo. I have to say their rice and beans are outrageously good and the red and green salsas are fantasticWe also tried the horchata and it was great. Not too grainy and not too sweet. Service is friendly and quick! Truck looks clean and that's always muy importante para mi! Prices are reasonable. Parking is easy to find since it's tucked in the corner of a Chevron gas station. My family and I love mexican food and we're so happy to have found this gem! We will definitely come back again.

I was feeling down because of school and went to this truck spot, I ordered myself a plate of tacos and a burrito. As soon as i touched my delicate lips on those tacos, my mind went blank. All my stress was gone and i could feel my toes curling with every bite I take and every hint of flavor my mouth feels. The meat was bussing with flavor and all the juices filled my mouth up. The tortilla was nice and warm like a blanket, and the veggies were so fresh. not only did my toes curl but I started ascending. This place is the best spot in Hillsboro and I highly recommend.

Used to be good, or at least convenient. I had to stop ordering anything with uncooked veg. because washing ingredients isn't a strong point. Lately I can't get red sauce because I am white. Order red, get green flavorless. I'll drive further.

We ordered two bean and cheese burritos. They came out so fast and were so hot, it was perfect! The cheese was well distributed and perfectly melted. The beans and tortilla were hot. The burrito was the perfect size. We will be back!
