We have been going to PF Chang’s for at least 30 years and this visit to the Hillsboro location was by far the best experience we have ever had. Abel was an amazing person and server, by the time we left we felt like we have known him forever. The new manager has definitely taken steps towards perfection! Thank you for both making our night out a memorable one.

Their famous lettuce wraps are so fun. We also enjoyed the Mongolian beef and the lo mein. They claim to make the food from scratch every day using traditional techniques like using woks and hand rolling all their dimsum, wontons, and egg rolls; all without fillers. That's why they can be so accommodating to dietary restrictions. They make their own juices and ginger beer too. Did you know Chiang's mom got the James Beard Foundation Lifetime Achievement Award in 2013?! No wonder there are locations all over the world. The service at this location is fantastic. The atmosphere is pretty cool. It's dark, red & black, has super high ceilings, textured wallpaper, stone walls, a mural, & large statues.
