Our grandmother LOVED P.F Changs so we decided have lunch here the afternoon of the day she passed away. We were not in the best headspace but our server Amber was so patient and listened to us babble on and on about our grandmother and how we would bring her here and she would always order the oddest thing she could find on the menu. After we got our food, Amber brought out a dish that wasn't on the menu and said that she has asked the kitchen to make the least likely thing they could think of in her honor, on the house. It really touched us that she took the time to listen during her busy shift. It really meant a lot and dining here will always remind us of our Grandma. Thank you!

Chad our server was calm cool and collected. We never ran out of refreshments and Chad recommended the Mongolian beef along with the tempura asparagus. Delicious! And you have to try the banana eggroll desert with pineapple coconut ice cream! OMG!!

It could be a fluke that this location was not very busy on a Saturday evening. We have eaten at P.F. Chang’s locations all over the country including Hawaii. We were seated right away. We already knew what we wanted. Drinks came out quick as well as appetizers. Great timing with our main courses. The food was excellent at this location. Our server was phenomenal and attentive. I would say out of 30 locations we have traveled too. The crispy green beans and the sauce were the best we had ever had. Seriously I would say our experience was an 11/10!Parking: Lots and lots of parking. Also the area is safe and didn’t look like you would have to worry about your car.Wheelchair accessibility: This location is wheelchair and disability friendly. Nice wide open spaces in restaurant even if busy.

Not the P.F. Chang that I knew and enjoyed. I read reviews before visiting this location and although quite mixed, I decided to try for myself. We visited around 3pm. Upon entering there was a stinch/a smell near the entrance that was very unpleasant to anyone desiring to eat food. My daughters asked me to "give them a shot". So, we sat and ordered. We ordered the dumplings and crab ragoon from the happy hour menu. Both were underwhelming. We ordered drinks, peach boba drink and strawberry lemonades. The peach drink was really good, but the lemonade tasted like the restaurant smelled (the smell of moldy water); I couldn't drink it.Our order arrived (Kung pao chicken and salt & Pepper shrimp). The kung pan was hot and the shrimp dish was room temp. So disappointing. The rice tasted old as though it was made the day before and it, too, was on the room temp side.Service was... well, on the level that the restaurant smelled. Overall, I will chock this up to the location itself. I don't think that it is a P.F. Chang issue, but an owner/management issue.Take my advice... Hard Pass.

This place is permanently closed since months. It's purposely misleading

The host at the door not very welcoming and had us waiting while making calls even though the place was practically empty. The service was decent. I don't know why they sent our diahes out with 5 different servers at different times. The main dishes didn't all come out together. The food was ok, nothing to write home about. A bit too pricy and flashy for the type of food, amount of Protien you end up getting and for a chain restaurant that offers less than an authentic Asain cuisine experience. It was just.. meh!

Based on my last visit; the food isn't what it once was. The breading of the honey shrimp was soft, and made me wondering if they didn't just heat up the frozen bags they sell at grocery stores. That said, the food was still decent. The broccoli with my beef had snap. That was tight. And per usual, the service was fast and friendly. This day in age, that definitely goes a long way. The atmosphere, as always, is just cozy. Period. If you're in a bad mood in a PF's, YOU'RE most likely the problem. In the decade I've spent in Oregon, this is still some of the only decent Chinese food I can find. Which is sad.Ask for Bobby. Dude will take care of you. Then you tip him well.

IF I CAN GIVE IT A TEN I WOULD!!FAMILY FRIEL WE GOT BOBBY AS OUR SERVER AND MAN LET ME TELL YOU THIS MAN WAS THE BEST SERVER IVE EVER HAD!The food was seasoned to perfection. The signature lo mane noodles were tasty and hearty. Beef broccoli was made in a teriyaki like sauce and the broccoli was cooked perfect not to hard or soft. If you get a appetizer I definitely recommend the crab wantons or CHILI GARLIC GREEN BEANS? The dynamite shrimp sushi was AMAZINGLY SCRUMPTIOUS! They brought our kids ice cream on the house and it was very heart warming of him.Let's talk cocktails. . Definitely recommend the sangria it was filled to the rim and got my sister feeling mighty nice with just 1! I can't remember what my drink was called but it had a great presentation 10/10 and came to the table with smoke coming out the top. ?Atmosphere was great and for a Saturday night service was quick! Bobby definitely took care of us. Someone give that man a raise. Well definitely be back to this location and hopefully we get Bobby again. Great place! ??
