Whent to Panadería el jarochito, It's a little nuke in the wall bakery. I went there to get a couple of (Mexican Pan Dulce) To my surprise, they were quite cheap.The regular ones are ($1.25).The ones with filling are ($1.75).I also ended up getting 2 slices of cake that they had there (mil ojas & 3 leches) Each costing ($4).Would recommend coming here and getting a couple pieces of sweet mexican bread.
Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.
Parking: Not really, that much parking in front of this shop.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of snacks and treats.

This is by far the best Mexican bakery in hillsboro, I've noticed over time that it's about a 50/50 chance that the pastries at Super Mercado or Yessenia's are stale. Today, I was able to try my first non-stale cuernitos. The pastries were super fluffy, soft, and delicious. The pricing was great, too, only $3.75 for one concha and two cuernitos. I would highly recommend this as someone who is beyond tired of wasting money on stale pastries!
