“I love panda express but this particular restaurant is skimpy with their food, particularly meats they give you more onions and stems than anything. I paid almost $19 for a plate. Got home I barely got any steak when I paid extra for it mostly was vegetables and mushrooms with big broccoli stems no broccoli they give you more stems and vegetables than anything when you’re paying for that much should be giving you a little bit of food you know and they need to stop giving you hard stems off of vegetables. Nobody eats that stuff. It’s hard as a rock. Anyways my complaint is about them giving you small portions and not only that about giving you mostly vegetables and they are hard as a rock and their big pieces of in stems of vegetables they shouldn’t even be putting those in your food. Nobody’s gonna eat that 😡“
“12/11/24. I called ahead to order, since it was already 8:30pm. I was told to come in and order since the food was hot. I did as he said, and my order was hot and tasty. At times , the servers during the day, served us small portions unworthy of the current price. This store served good portions and the service was fast. They deserve 10 stars for taste and portions.“
“I ordered online the night before, catering for 60 people. I had put in 2 orders to be picked up at the same time. I arrived early and they had all of the first order including utensils, sauces put into big plastic bags ready to go. However, after loading it in, I came back to get the items for the second order and they all looked confused. I showed them my 2 emails that confirmed I paid using gift cards. Still no record in their system showed up. Then I went into my app and looked at order history. Clicking into my 2nd order, it says canceled. I never got an email that said my order got canceled somehow. After some head scratching by us all, I tried putting in the same online order but it said the earliest I could pick up was 3 hours later. I told the assistant store manager, “Look, my party is expecting me back with food and now I’m running late. I’m good with paying.” So immediately he sprung into action, said to give them 20 min. and ordered my 26-30 catering meal of 2 white rice, 2 fried rice, 2 orange chicken, 2 teriyaki and threw in a 10% discount. He went back to supervise it and another employee continued to ring me up. I had gift cards (same ones I used the night before) and he patiently entered them in. It came out in 15 min. and as I loaded the first batch, the store manager came to my car with the second batch. He helped me double check that I had all the items. As I confirmed, an employee came running out with tongs and serving utensils for all of the catering (which turned out to be a life saver)! So I only ended up being about 10 min. That was excellent customer service!! Thank you for not letting a whole bunch of hungry people down! (I’m so glad I didn’t send someone to pick up for me and that I came to this location even though it’s slightly further away from the party location. 😅)“
