You'd get your food faster if you drove to panda express in Miami Florida. By the time you get back to Hillsboro, youd still have a 20 minutes wait for you meal at this store. Absolutely ridiculous!! I could bake a cake faster than they can make a plate. My order was placed 25 minutes ago. Im still waiting. No lie, no exaggeration.

This was the worst Panda Express experience I’ve ever had. I was there over 30 minutes and when I finally got my food it was room temperature. All of our meals were already packaged and sitting on the counter while the staff ignored us. More than 15 people in line waited and many walked out without food.

One person stood at the register doing nothing, one woman paced around, one person cooked, and one girl only packed online orders while the line was out the door, rarly taking our orders. Then the manager came back from break and told them to answer the phones instead of helping. Was the system down? Who knows, because nobody said a word.

The food was cold, the service was rude, and the management was a joke. It took 19 days for Guest Care to respond to my complaint and all they gave me was a coupon. I will never return to this location or to Panda Express again.

Frustrated with my experience today, especially from the manager. A couple of us went to get lunch to bring back home. Once we arrived home we realized they were missing one of our bowls, we had paid for it but not received it. My husband returned to get the item we were shorted (my lunch.) When let them know about their mistake so he could receive the item, he was met with the manager trying to defend himself that he could’ve sworn he put it in the bag. The employee that helped us was very pleasant, gave us the missing item and we were on our way. However, I think the manager could use some additional training. In all my years of customer service jobs I would’ve never made a comment like “I’m sure I put x missing item in the bag.” So what are you calling us liars? My idea of a fun time isn’t having to drive 15 minutes back because you forgot an item. It wasn’t a big deal but it was handled extremely unprofessional. Even if you believe you put it in the bag, keep that to yourself and just fix the customers issue.

YUMMY PANDA!! This place is so tasty and the workers are always very nice.

They also have this really cool glowy dragon on the wall that is so mesmerizing to look at. I'd go just for the dragon.

Wanted to try the new spicy orange chicken and it did not disappoint! It had little chunks of spicy peppers and the heat took about a minute or so to kick in and it definitely talked back! Highly recommended if curious to try

I love panda express but this particular restaurant is skimpy with their food, particularly meats they give you more onions and stems than anything. I paid almost $19 for a plate. Got home I barely got any steak when I paid extra for it mostly was vegetables and mushrooms with big broccoli stems no broccoli they give you more stems and vegetables than anything when you’re paying for that much should be giving you a little bit of food you know and they need to stop giving you hard stems off of vegetables. Nobody eats that stuff. It’s hard as a rock. Anyways my complaint is about them giving you small portions and not only that about giving you mostly vegetables and they are hard as a rock and their big pieces of in stems of vegetables they shouldn’t even be putting those in your food. Nobody’s gonna eat that 😡

During our brief visit to the Panda Express in Hillsboro on 6/20/2025 at 9:49 PM, we were genuinely impressed by the exceptional service and positive atmosphere. One team member in particular, Aldon, stood out for his amazing attention to customer orders, upbeat attitude, and consistent smile for every guest who walked through the door.

Aldon is a very talented individual who clearly has what it takes to grow within the company. With his professionalism, communication skills, and natural leadership presence. He embodies everything great customer service should be.

The entire team deserves credit as well—the restaurant was spotless, the staff worked seamlessly together, and the overall vibe was welcoming and warm. Truly a top-tier experience. Keep up the great work, Panda Express Hillsboro!
