YUMMY PANDA!! This place is so tasty and the workers are always very nice.

They also have this really cool glowy dragon on the wall that is so mesmerizing to look at. I'd go just for the dragon.

Wanted to try the new spicy orange chicken and it did not disappoint! It had little chunks of spicy peppers and the heat took about a minute or so to kick in and it definitely talked back! Highly recommended if curious to try

I love panda express but this particular restaurant is skimpy with their food, particularly meats they give you more onions and stems than anything. I paid almost $19 for a plate. Got home I barely got any steak when I paid extra for it mostly was vegetables and mushrooms with big broccoli stems no broccoli they give you more stems and vegetables than anything when you’re paying for that much should be giving you a little bit of food you know and they need to stop giving you hard stems off of vegetables. Nobody eats that stuff. It’s hard as a rock. Anyways my complaint is about them giving you small portions and not only that about giving you mostly vegetables and they are hard as a rock and their big pieces of in stems of vegetables they shouldn’t even be putting those in your food. Nobody’s gonna eat that 😡

During our brief visit to the Panda Express in Hillsboro on 6/20/2025 at 9:49 PM, we were genuinely impressed by the exceptional service and positive atmosphere. One team member in particular, Aldon, stood out for his amazing attention to customer orders, upbeat attitude, and consistent smile for every guest who walked through the door.

Aldon is a very talented individual who clearly has what it takes to grow within the company. With his professionalism, communication skills, and natural leadership presence. He embodies everything great customer service should be.

The entire team deserves credit as well—the restaurant was spotless, the staff worked seamlessly together, and the overall vibe was welcoming and warm. Truly a top-tier experience. Keep up the great work, Panda Express Hillsboro!

They are always pretty fast for how busy it is. I have ordered online and in person and both times I was pleased with the timing and the friendly smiles of the staff.

The cashier who was helping people at the Tualatin Valley Highway location in Hillsboro on 6/4/2025 needs to be retrained.

Several times I’ve placed online orders, received the confirmation and when I arrive there’s no other online orders waiting to be picked up however she will not help you unless you ask for help.

This is the 3rd time me or my fiance have stood by the cash register, waited for her to help 4 people before we had to step in and ask for assistance because we’ve been staring at our mobile order for 20 minutes.

Then to find out you’re missing items and don’t have utentsils it’s not even worth going back in to ask for it.

It would make more sense to ask the person who’s standing there with their phone in their hand staring at you next to the register before moving on to the next customer.

I was considering catering for a wedding and the food was great (chefs are always fantastic at this location) but the service has dropped drastically over the last 3-4 months.

If you come here in person it's not too bad. If you order online they won't pack it full and they only give you mostly veggies. They usually give lots of chicken but if you get shrimp it's like 5 pieces and you have to pay extra for barley anything.

Just had the best customer service experience I have had in the past few years . Lacy was super patient with me and my kids . She made sure all our food was fresh and assured me it was no problem. Really made our night to feel so welcomed and taken care of . 🙂

My husband order for 2 take out today, the server put a lots of noodles in which there’s not enough space for the other entrees, when my husband mentioned about it, he just looks at my husband and continues what his doing. But when my husband came home with our order, both plates are packed with noodles and with 5 tiny pieces of orange chicken and 4 big heads of broccoli and 6 small slices of beef. It’s so ridiculous that if we’re not that far away, this food will be back at their counter with no time. Not going back at this place. The whole service are very unsatisfactory and serving is a rip-off.
