With almost four bucks extra for a premium item, I only got a half container of food. I'm still hungry after eating the whole dish! A hangry person can only give one star. LOL.
On July 30, 2025, at 4:18 p.m., the individual who processed my order exhibited exceptionally rude behavior. Her apparent frustration stemmed from the perception that she was on a break and, as a result, had to leave her station to assist me. This situation resulted in her rudeness, including placing my items in the bag without providing me with sauce. Her demeanor was dismissive and condescending. It is imperative that management addresses this employee’s behavior and implements training to enhance their customer service skills.
Bad customer service. They have bad team coordination. They kept on getting my order wrong & since they had a lot of ppl waiting they refused to correct my order & rushed me out.

I ordered doordash so I was unable to leave a regular review on the Panda Express website. I ordered one meal with the hot orange chicken and one with the regular and they gave me only the hot. I got a little bit of a resolution from doordash but not a good one. I couldn’t order a new meal with the resolution they gave me. We also ordered chow mein and it barely had any sauce and no veggies. I’m gonna be honest I don’t mind the no veggies but dry noodles with no sauce is unacceptable.
They forget so many times parts of the order.
And then when you call to let them know, they don’t answer the phone.

They are very unorganized, Went two order 2 entree meals the first person took the order when it got to the cashier other people ahead of me where repeating there orders because
they were mixed up when it was my turn the Cashier ask can you repeat your order I have no idea what's yours this has happened more then once employees are all making fun laughing joking not taking things seriously. This is a business not a playtime please be more organized

Worst experience I have had here. Lorena was the main reason for that. I was there to pick up my online order that I could see was ready. She completely ignored me even though I was standing right in front of her. Honestly I probably won’t come back in if I see that she is working because of how uncomfortable she made me feel with her dirty stares.

Okay, I don’t think it’s this locations fault - Maybe the area needs more affordable options or something? IDK, But I would go here, as it’s near my work, however the line is ALWAYS ALWAYS out the door. Constantly very very busy. I mean I like the food, but what gives? Why on earth is it so popular at this particular Panda? What am I suppose to do? Bring salad from home to work instead!?!?? 😉
