This store accepts too many to go orders. They do not care how long the customer waits

Line is consistently 10 people deep for to go orders and they actively ignore them and fail to make contact to get names / who’s waiting

Possibly the worst location in the area. Arrived just after 11am and they were nearly out of several items, several others hadn't even been prepared. There were exactly 2 staff working. The single person playing food was working on an order, I stood there for 5 minutes and wasn't even acknowledged so we left. As we walked back to the car, the manager was outside cleaning his car windows completely unaware of what was happening

Grabbed lunch from here last Tuesday around 3:30 and I went for the chow mein as it was just coming out of the kitchen. Big mistake as there was a large melted piece of plastic in the mixture. I have to wonder what else is going wrong in the kitchen if something this large was missed

MANAGER ON DUTY WAS RUDE
The female manager wearing glasses at this location really needs some additional training. She was quite rude to customers. As the manager, she should have better customer service skills, but that wasn't the case.

From the moment I entered, I felt rushed. I looked around to see if there was a long line behind me, but there was no one waiting. I wanted to check out the menu since Panda had updated it during the pandemic, but she didn't give me the chance. After I placed my order, I thought about giving my feedback to the manager, only to find out it was her. That was really disappointing. I chose not to speak with her because I figured she would just be dismissive and wouldn't listen. Instead, I decided to leave a review on Google.

I would love to tell you how my food tasted and review that part also, but I lost my appetite.

Terrible service from the manager. She definitely needs more training.

Place is always busy. If you want to pick up at 6pm, order to pick up at 5:45pm. That's my experience anyway.

My food is missing items. They weren’t even in the sealed bag. Haven’t picked up the phone, so much for paying extra for delivery. I walked 20 mins there and back and all they did was give me the missing cheese rangoons on my order. I’m not one to complain, but no sympathy for making your customer walk almost an hour to get what they paid for.

12/11/24. I called ahead to order, since it was already 8:30pm. I was told to come in and order since the food was hot. I did as he said, and my order was hot and tasty. At times , the servers during the day, served us small portions unworthy of the current price. This store served good portions and the service was fast. They deserve 10 stars for taste and portions.

Food was made incorrectly. Zucchini is lazily cut and they didn’t rinse it so I can taste the chemical they use to wash it. They’re also cut into giant chunks because the staff is lazy and doesn’t care. There were no walnuts in my honey walnut shrimp even tho I pay an extra fee for this item. Don’t have a business if you can’t run it correctly. I can tell there is no oversight to make sure the entrees are being prepared correctly. Do better.

This place is so slow. Despite having everything ready and all they have to do is scoop it has always shockingly slow. The people here have zero hustle, and zero ability to move efficiently.
