My first time in that location, none of the 3 girls in front smiled or made any kind gesture. They didn't say hello or anything. They were just limited to "serving." The Asian-looking girl who was at the checkout if it wasn't because I asked for my teriyaki sauce in my order of "grilled chicken teriyaki" she wouldn't have given it to me, I mean how come you order and they give you things in half; I clarify that when serving the chicken inside the container they did not add the sauce on top, in addition to not answering anything at all! I thanked him for the service with a "thank you" and it was as if I was talking to myself. The place was not so full that I could understand that maybe they were stressed but in general the atmosphere in there was tense.

This is the best location near me. The food is always fresh, and always good. I went today after work and the line was fully stocked, even though it wasn't busy. One of my favorite places to eat. 10/10

We placed a pickup order for 7 PM, showed up on time, and watched as they churned through 3-4 lines of customers and completely ignored our order.I've come to this location for pickups as a DoorDash driver and it was much the same story each time, having to wait a ridiculously long amount of time to receive orders that have already been in their system for at least 30-45 minutes.If you come here, at least don't use online pickup. They will put your order to the background, leave it there, and forget about it.

ordered via DoorDash and because it’s not an option in app, i called the store to ask for no ice in my drink & for them not to forget the teriyaki sauce that’s supposed to come with the teriyaki chicken that they always forget (both free and nothing extra mind you). The first very rude lady on the phone hung up on me in the middle of the conversation and after calling back seven or eight times someone else finally picked up who was also very rude. When I had asked if I could speak to the manager about the behavior she refused and simply said that the restaurant was very busy. when I then asked for her name she mumbled it to the point where it was inaudible I asked her to spell it for me she hung up. corporate needs to rehire and retrain because that’s not the kind of behavior they should be exhibiting helping the general public. I understand people have bad days, but the level of rudeness for simply asking for things that were supposed to come with the meal was uncalled for. Definitely not happy…
Unlike other branches, the staff works super fast, the majority are women and they do it very efficiently, it is nice to know that there is staff committed to their work, and the delivery people are served equally quickly.

I walked in the door at 10:03, and was greeted by the young man cleaning the windows. He proceeded to tell me that that was all they had left for me to choose from. What he was referring to was the dried up noodles, and maybe 20 grains of rice that were on the line, and when it came to the other items they were either already cleaned dishes sitting in the spot where there should be food or just some leftover items. I asked him if they would cook some items that I wanted and he told me the kitchen was closed. Excuse me? You close the kitchen 30 minutes earlier to closing time? Now I live closer to the one on TV highway and they’re more than willing to cook an item if you come in after 10 o’clock. If you’re going to close the kitchen here at tanasbourne at 10 and leave the line looking bad and sparse as it did, just closed the whole restaurant and don’t have the doors open for customers like you really want our business.
