First time trying out panera bread. I did an online order for "rapid" pick up scheduled for 1:00pm. I arrived late around 1:10pm. I entered the store. No one at the front counter. I had no clue where to go. I seen a really long line of people standing around on their phones waiting for their food clearly. I seen a board with names on it. I seen it said mine was being prepared. It was so many names. I sat and waited. The tables needed to be cleared and cleaned. My food was ready at 1:22. I thought it would have been placed in the rapid pick up box area. I seen nothing then I walked to the counter and seen my bag. The employee did thank me and said have a good day which was good customer service. The bagel sandwich was pretty good. My husband thought the broccoli and cheese soup was really good. Maybe they were understaffed which unfortunately has been happening with most companies. I understand. I believe they were doing the best they could.

this is the dirtiest Panera I’ve ever visited. The bathrooms are filthy. The sink is so dirty. I don’t know how you could think you were cleaning your hands. The accuracy of orders not great either. When someone says no tomatoes, they usually mean no tomatoes.

They are always out of ingredients for half their menu and your order will never be ready on time.

New zesty Tuscan Asiago bagel sandwich was dry and not much taste, definitely not worth the price. Also had a bowl of French onion soup, which tasted good, but what happened to the baked cheese you use to put on it, and what's with the crotons? You use to have really good French onion soup

I am thoroughly shocked people willingly come here to eat. The restaurant is out of date and the food was abysmal. Absolutely zero quality. Head to noodle & company next door for a way better experience.

I found plastic in my soup order which was placed today. It was a to go order and could n’t go and call them to explain the issue as the store got closed when I found the issue with my soup. I hope they take care of it next time onwards.

I came with a group of 4 friends for lunch. I came a few minutes later. I went to order but I didn t get lunch because they said it would be 30 minutes before I got food. So I chatted but didn't eat.

May return for soup/baguette to GO..but won't be back for overpriced sandwiches and drinks left to become watered down waiting on counter. After 20 minutes we inquired if one of the many orders on the counter was ours...yes it was there...no notification for us or the many others. These were cold sandwiches/soup. When we inquired about our cup of soup we heard..."I'm working on it." It's. A. Cup. Of. Soup! As we finished our Panera dissapointment dinner we did receive the text to let us know our order was ready. Thanx!

The food is good but crazy expensive. 4 people with drinks was almost $70. It's not like it was a sit down getting served restaurant. I entered my own order. I picked up my own food from the kitchen window then had to ask for the rest of my order because not everything was given to us. The employees did not seem like they were too thrilled to be there. Now I remember why I don't eat at Panera.

Yesterday: The guy taking order was either distracted or stoned. He asked same questions over and over...I answered the first time every time. He didn't indicate at any time he didn't hear the answers and appeared to hear and understand.
We ordered two sandwiches (one half and one whole) for dine in and a salad w dressing on side to go.
With 2 cookies - when the total was over $35. And change I was asked (twice) if I wanted to round up. Twice I said yes but was given change anyway.
I was a little surprised at the high price but that's life these days.
When our order was up they had the salad dressed and for dine in and the half sandwich but not the whole sandwich. It wasn't on recipt and wasn't put in. Both my friend and I were rudely spoken to by the employee who told me they would re make salad because that was their mistake, but I had to go re order the whole sandwich because evidently that was my mistake...even though I had ordered it and repeated it to the guy ...I went up to re order that (another $14 making the meal total just about $50.00) and when I went to pick sandwich up and asked about the salad and the SAME PERSON who had 3 minutes ago rudely told me I didn't order what I had etc. Barked at me "What salad?! I don't know anything about a salad!"
Another employee swooped in and got salad for me but said nothing. No apology etc.
I understand people have bad days. I understand people are over worked and under paid and mistakes happen but, dang. This was 3 employees and it's Panera! Train your people to have a modicum of consideration and grace.
I just paid almost $50 for 1.5 sandwiches, a (small) salad and 2 cookies. This is equivalent to almost 3 hours of my own hourly wage. This ONE Panera has soured me on EVER going to another one. I have been treated better at a taco truck - for a fraction of the cost! And fyi - their new French dip is NOT worth even half the price they are charging.

Horrible service for dietary restrictions.

Dietary restrictions: They have horrible help for dietary restrictions. I have come here multiple times with my girlfriend and every time we are so clear about allergies, they somehow mess it up every time. Sometimes we even have to have them remake it twice and they still mess it up.
