I order door dash, when I order from other Paneras no issues..this one has had issues almost every time. BACON all over a no bacon sandwich, Avocado all over a no avocado sandwich, in the same order. This is normal for this store. DONT DO DELIVERY from this store
Ordered to go and the kiosk of a simple Mediterranean veggie and a free cranberry orange pastry since it had just been my birthday. It said there were 2 of the cranberry orange pastries left however apparently there weren't and they didn't tell me until I opened my ordered when I picked it up and I had to ask them about it
Speaking of which, despite standing in front of the pick up area for the whole, they never told me my order was ready and actually held it behind the counter until I asked about it. In total I waited 15 minutes for them not to do my order correctly, make a substitution without asking and the cherry on top, when I opened my sandwich I found out they forgot the pickle spear.

I usually enjoy visiting Panera Bread, but unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. The staff at this location were noticeably unwelcoming and seemed irritated when taking my order. Customer service felt rushed and unfriendly, which made the entire visit uncomfortable.

I enjoyed the seasonal ingredients.
I’ve been to Panera a few times before and it was decent. This time I got a salad and halfway through it I found a HUGE bug…a little larger than a quarter…it was so gross. I immediately lost my appetite and almost threw up. I took it to the counter to show them so they can check their produce for any additional bugs. The lady at the counter apologized profusely and said it wasn’t the first time….👀 she offered to make me something else but I had lost my appetite. And they were unable to give me my money back…definitely not worth $15.49

Food is gross. No meat on sandwich. Bathroom was filthy and no paper towels to dry hands. I'll never be back. Been a few years. Tried one last time.

My husband pre-ordered at 5:45, we got a text saying it was going to be ready at 6:12. We arrived at 6:15 and they hadn’t even accepted the order! At 6:40 I went and asked for it. The lady behind the counter says oh it’s been ready! No one called our name the board wasn’t updated. Almost an hour later we got our food cold! I rather go to a nice restaurant and wait an hour than come back here!

Aubrey was at the counter when I walked in. I went to the kiosk and started looking at the menu. I noticed they were out of the corn chowder, so I asked Aubrey for help. She was so kind and helped to give me the options that work for me as a vegetarian. I don’t eat here often, so I wasn’t sure what is vegetarian and what isn’t. She was incredibly helpful, and I ended up ordering the Mac and cheese in a bread bowl. I was a little disappointed in the amount of Mac and cheese I received (probably about 1/2 cup total), but that had nothing to do with Aubrey and her awesome service. As I was leaving, I said goodbye and she was very friendly and asked how I liked my food and also complimented me on an acorn necklace I was wearing. She was very friendly, and made my experience much smoother, plus easy to figure out what I wanted to eat. Thank you, Aubrey! :)

The main dish was satisfying.
Could offer more healthy options. An egg and bacon croissant feels more like a heart-attack special than a balanced choice.

Food is always great, staff is generally helpfull and willing to work with, but todat i came in and asked for the mens restroom to be restocked and it never was in the 15 plus minutes i waited.. foecing me to go to a neighboring buisneas to pay money at as well to use there restroom.

Incredibly slow even though I online ordered 30 minutes ahead. Iced coffee was made before my food, and room temp when I picked up. The lid was also not secured and I have coffee all over my passenger seat now. Consistently bad service almost every time I've been in.
