I love Panera Bread. I have my favorite meal there and it's wonderful almost every time. This location was one of those, not so wonderful, times. I ordered a bread bowl of soup and noticed the soup was only filled half way. I asked why that was and they told me it was because that was what was left. If I had known this I would have picked something else but there was no customer service offered in this moment, it was just, too bad...I wish they would have at least given me the opportunity to pick something else. It has been a while since we have been in. The sandwiches are still tasty! The gal taking our order didn't offer bread, chips or apple, just assumed chips. ? we wanted bread. But over all great.

Mine came with a free drink. I thought I was getting a large instead of the medium I was given. I asked if they could please give a large instead. I was very polite and apologetic but was still given an attitude. She also seemed really appalled I asked.
Quick service and good food. Iced Coffee is always ready and good. I go here to write as well and it is a quiet place.
