I ordered a New york style pizza extra large with beef no red sauce using Uber eats and Cheese sticks also a 2 liter Mug root beer. I got surprised when I saw it like is shown in the picture everything wrong they put pepperoni and they put red sauce, completely different even they didn’t put the beef as in picture shows. Also they didn’t give the delivery driver the Root Beer. I called them, then the minute they heard my voice they said stop calling us or we will call the police are you trying to prank us. No one even trying to listen to me. I figured they did it on purpose because of my picture and my name. So can you guys help me, it’s unfair.

I placed an order online for delivery., I realized it would be quicker if we picked it up versus having it delivered. I called and asked if we could go pick it up., they just said NO! Off course I wanted to pick it up since it was already late and GrubHub had cancelled my order one hour after placing the order. I did explain this to whomever answered. They didn't care they still said NO! I replied, alright, see you shortly then. BYE, was their response. Whomever answered sounded miserable, unprofessional etc.

They won't make you anything within an hour to a half hour of closing, so basically they won't do their job lmao. Don't expect good service, or service at all for that matter.
Terrible store. Over one hour to deliver. No crushed pepper, parmesan cheese or plasticware. Cold pizza when arrived. I don't recommend the store and go to another pizza place in Hillsboro.

This place is so unprofessional. First time I’ve ever had such a bad experience from ordering food. I made an phone order for take out and was told it would be ready in 5 min. When my partner went to pick up the pizza two girls at the front desk told him several times that there was no order placed. He described the pizza and they still told him no. He had me on speaker to confirm and I confirmed and they STILL said no. At first I thought I might have ordered at the wrong location but I checked online the location and phone number and I did order at the right location. My partner left and I called the location and explained the situation and surprisingly THE ORDER WAS THERE! I was so frustrated and so was my partner. The girl said it was a mistake on their end. That the order was under a name G. The guy who took my order did not ask for my name and my name or last name does not start with a G. My partner was STILL nice enough to drive back and told me that as he pulled up the same two ladies started laughing and giggling! My partner was extremely frustrated and asked them why they were laughing and they still had the audacity to say that they weren’t and said “do you still want the pizza or not?” He obviously didn’t take it but I called after to speak to the manager and a guy hung up on me. WORST UNPROFESSIONAL PLACE EVER!

Str8 forward, you get what you pay for. The Shaq pizza, Twix desert, 1/4 grease of every other pizza chain.Staff was swamped with pizzas but were champing it. Personable, friendly, and knowledgeable of their product/store/job while under duress.
