I had the absolute best customer service experience with Jamie at Papa John’s! While getting my oil changed next door, I noticed the team was swamped, so I decided to treat them to some pizza. Jamie went above and beyond—she helped me figure out what they normally order and even personally delivered the pizza to them! Her kindness, attentiveness, and amazing personality truly restored my faith in great customer service. She made the experience so easy and enjoyable. I ordered a New york style pizza extra large with beef no red sauce using Uber eats and Cheese sticks also a 2 liter Mug root beer. I got surprised when I saw it like is shown in the picture everything wrong they put pepperoni and they put red sauce, completely different even they didn’t put the beef as in picture shows. Also they didn’t give the delivery driver the Root Beer. I called them, then the minute they heard my voice they said stop calling us or we will call the police are you trying to prank us. No one even trying to listen to me. I figured they did it on purpose because of my picture and my name. So can you guys help me, it’s unfair.

I placed an order online for delivery., I realized it would be quicker if we picked it up versus having it delivered. I called and asked if we could go pick it up., they just said NO! Off course I wanted to pick it up since it was already late and GrubHub had cancelled my order one hour after placing the order. I did explain this to whomever answered. They didn't care they still said NO! I replied, alright, see you shortly then. BYE, was their response. Whomever answered sounded miserable, unprofessional etc.
