What the heck happened Papa Murphy's?
The Sausage tastes like crap. Why did you change it? Nobody asked you to do that. It is disgusting and does not taste like Sausage. Also ordered the new 8.99 pepperoni thin crust large size I asked for an extra topping with the understanding I would pay extra for that, but was told NO we can not add an extra topping on a special. WHAT? Mind is blown so let me get this straight Papa Murphy's doesn't want extra money and apparently it's to much to ask to throw on an extra topping. WOW!!! Unfortunately, until the Sausage is changed back to the way it used to be if ever, my family and I will not be getting Papa Murphy's any longer. Not that they care anyways. But I know I'm not the only one feeling this way. Maybe you should listen to your reviews... good luck but we will be getting Pizza elsewhere with better Sausage, and who doesn't say no to adding an extra topping on any pizza.

Okay I had to reorder twice first one I called in and told the employee the way I wanted it. Large pizza with large pepperoni and extra olives. I even said extra extra a few times. I came in to pick it up and luckily the pizza wasn’t made yet. I asked her the way I wanted again and she showed me the receipt saying that it only say extra that means it’s just an addition topping. But I told her I wanted extra like 4 times because I wanted the 5 toppings. So I told her to cancel it and I’ll redo it. So I did it again this time I chose a specialty pizza and removed a few things and just add large pepperoni and replace all other toppings for olives only. This time I was like this might do it. But no even though I removed all the other toppings I still get regular olives not extra the way I wanted it. Basically I paid for specialty pizza only large pepperoni and olives. I don’t know where else to go to make the pizza I love. Seems like papa Murphy is not the place to go.

We cooked the regular one first. It was horrible. Almost inedible.
I contacted the manager who explained that tge crust was made incorrectly and offered to replace my pizzas on my next visit.

Did an online order that was ready for pickup at 5:35pm. Arrived at 5:40pm and they didn't even start the order yet. Sat in front of the store until 6:05 before they were done. We ended up with the wrong order. This is the worst service I have ever had. Do not waste your time ordering from this location. I suggest Papa John's pizza over this horrible business. They have a " We are hiring" sign on the building, it should be a "going out of business" sign out front.
