They forgot to make my salad so I had to wait for them to make it then they didn't give me croutons. When I called to complain the female employee working had the nerve to ask if I was drunk and told me she was calling the police. Because I raised my voice at her when she started being rude and using a condescending tone. Totally unprofessional and ridiculous! Furthermore more I don't even drink.
She should be fired!

When I called, I had to reiterate that my kid wanted pineapple on his pepperoni pizza. Dudes tone definitely made him sound rude. I didn’t think anything of it though. My 2 boys and myself went and paid for our pizzas and two 2-liters. The order was supposed to be 1 family size gourmet chicken garlic and 1 family size half cheese half pepperoni with pineapple. He thought I originally said Canadian bacon and pineapple but then he decided I guess we really didn’t want pineapple because he kept not wanting to hear me say pineapple for some reason.
We get home from picking the pizzas up and the pizza didn’t have pineapple. I didn’t know because I had given him the benefit of the doubt and didn’t even think to check the pizzas.
This location needs a serious culture change.
I’m from Medford, OR! Not wherever this guy thought I was from. Or who he thought I was over the phone.
That was the worst stereotyping incident I’ve ever been apart of.
