They are very busy very often but the 2 people working are busting through orders so thats commendable. But I will say they run out of sundried tomatoes a lot and i wasn't told until i had already been there waiting to pick my food up for 30 minutes

I got a 5 meat stuffed family size and a large chicken bacon ranch yesterday woke up in the middle of the night throwing up. I have food poisoning. The chicken bacon ranch taste sour like something was spoiled. Health department needs called.. obviously they can't tell if food is spoiled.

I placed an online order with an estimated pick up of 6:12. I came in at 6:15 and was not acknowledged whatsoever by any of the staff for over 5 minutes. When someone finally asked me if I was here to place and order or if I had ordered online, I was told “it’s going to be a little bit” but not given an estimate on how long I’d be waiting. It seemed like there was a new employee trying to learn (which is completely fine) but the person I assume was the lead seemed annoyed with the fact that her coworker was struggling. It’s now 25 minutes past the time I was told my order would be ready, and I still have no pizza and no idea when it will be ready. The food is always great, but the staffing, teamwork, and customer service could use some work.

Ordered online for two pizzas, was supposed to be ready at 5:30, wasn't finished till 6:30. So be forewarned thay they are incredibly busy. Probably don't use their online system if you can help it.

Very poor customer service…My daughters mini Murph had “ moldy cheese “ in it when went to the store to let them know the young ladies working there stated “it is not mold it is grease buildup on the cheese grater” I said that still should not be in the cheese. I was not offered an apology at any point. I was asked for my mini murph pizza and I handed it over. I said the Cheese in question is in the container. The gal that appeared to be in charge opened it looked at it and ate the green cheese and said there is nothing wrong I’m not gonna explain it again! So I left with out the pizza I paid for. I don’t recommend this establishment
The pizza at Papa Murphy is always good, you bring it home freshly made and you cook it in your oven. Service wasn't that good the person at the checkout was a little rude.
