One of the best pho spots I have been to. The pho clearly was made with time and care. The Gia gio was also so well made. I was stuffed but had to finish it since it was so good. The owner was also very sweet and kind. I will definitely be back

Went in on a whim today and it was one of the best lunches we've had! It was quiet, we were the only people in which is a crime because the food is so good, but made for a nice lunch. We shared and banh mi and salad rolls and both were incredible. Super authentic, fresh food and the service was quite authentic as well, our server spoke very little English but we got on perfectly well. There was a bit of a confusion while ordering but we worked it out and the food quality made up it. The music was pleasant and soft piano! Will visit again if in Hillsboro.

Delicious Pho that reminds me of home!! I appreciate this restaurant has both Viet north (rice paper) & south (typical egg) style spring rolls. It’s rare I find north style; and they make them both delicious!
We had Pho #7 & #8 (combo/beef round only) and they asked if wanted #8’s meat stir fried or in stew!! Haven’t been asked that in so long.
The broth came out delicious, the noodles taste homemade, and they make sure you get your money’s worth. There was so much meat in my combo bowl I took just broth & meat home. It was so tender and flavorful too.
Overall great atmosphere and food that motivates me to keep coming back. Thank you Pho Ha Noi, you rock!

I came in on a whim during the off time and ordered the crab meat ball noodles(Bun Reiu Cua) with a watermelon juice. Everything was fresh and delicious. The whole team was attentive and kept an eye on me. All the sauces on the table were delectable and its very clear they care that you have the best time possible while enjoying a meal.

Great food, good service, and generous portions!
Wasn't busy at all and it had me worried, but it ended up being a solid viet place. Tasty food. Buttery banh mi (fat me loves it). Fresh egg rolls. Pho was good and they had the standard sauces and condiments to customize the pho to your liking. A little pricey.

I love the large number 8 pho. Big enough for one person and feels full. You would definitely enjoy the broth not too salty unlike other spots. Recommended if you looking quick eats, no long wait times. Green tea thai tea is great. Ask for half ice

This used to be located at Walker and Murray, but it's quite wonderful Hot Pot. Got a half-and-half of spicy and regular. The spicy broth was wonderfully spicy without being overwhelming and the regular had a rich flavor.
Pretty typical sauce bar. Cold bar offerings with the all-you-can-eat.
Meat quality was super good.
Definitely go hungry!
Only negative is that you can't get the AYCE alone.

They are now serving all-you-can-eat hot pot in addition to pho. Was excited to be able to enjoy hot pot without driving to Beaverton but unfortunately will need to continue making my way out there... Staff is friendly but the quality and value are far below what you can find at restaurants specialized in hot pot. Broth doesn't have much flavor/punch. So you really need sauces which aren't labeled at all at the self-serve station. No fresh noodle options; just instant ramen blocks and dry pasta... Appetizers obviously heated from frozen. Fried rice bland and dried up. It's not the worst place if your primary intent is to eat a lot of meat and fill yourself up, but if you are looking for an actual high quality hot pot this isn't it.

First red flag they double up as hot pot. Pho soup was not only tasteless, it was bad! And cold!! Tasted and smelled bad, four different orders of pho and a wonton soup, no one could get halfway through their meal bc the taste was so bad and we noticed the table next to us left very quickly too. My nephew liked the crispy egg rolls at least. Server disappeared often, you don't even wanna know where she was going. Finally, very expensive! Didn't know we were at $20 a bowl of pho these days. I love pho but I'm no snob, this broke my belly and my bank, never coming back.
