Wow! What an amazing meal! I took my wife here to try Northern Style Pho. Their pho was the closest Northern flavor pho we've ever tasted here in Portland. The owner was very friendly. Foods were served fast. Service was phenomenal. Very clean place. I would highly recommend it!

I went to this new and fantastic restaurant in the busy Orenco Station neighborhood. Pho Ha Noi stands out from the other pho options in the west side. The pho here is the best I've had in recent memory, with a super rich and flavorful broth. What's cool about this restaurant is that it offers non-typical pho items, such as unique northern-style egg rolls using rice paper instead of egg roll wrap to deep fry. They also use wide noodles, which are not often seen in pho soups. Additionally, they serve Bun cha, a dipping-style vermicelli noodle dish, which is not commonly found in pho restaurants around here. It's awesome to see new dishes being offered. I ordered the stir-fried beef pho B9, and it's probably my new favorite weekly meal. It's stir-fried beef in a wok with garlic, placed upon a hot pho bowl, giving a delicious umami flavor that makes the bowl super addictive. The food here is incredible, and the staff is very kind. The restaurant is bright and clean. This is definitely not your typical casual pho restaurant; it's a premium option that's a bit pricier but still I can't stop eating here. Looking forward to trying more items on the menu. I highly encourage any pho lovers to try.

Been here multiple times and it's always been a blast trying various dishes here. My favorite is the Bun Rieu and it's one of the best that I've had. I'm glad Pho Ha Noi opened up in Hillsboro so that there's a high quality, great tasting Vietnamese food near me.

First visit today and it was a good experience. I had the vegetarian bahn mi and it was very good. They made it without cilantro as I requested (I hate cilantro) and there was hoisin and sriracha on the table which I love. I asked which items were vegetarian and it was the spring rolls, the rice bowl, and the bahn mi. Sadly, the vegetable pho is chicken broth (but I’m glad they told me!!) and there no vegetarian noodle bowl option. Plan to go back when in the neighborhood and maybe as they grow and thrive they can add additional vegetarian options!!

It's really great to welcome a Vietnamese restaurant closer to the Orenco neighborhood! I stopped by for a quick lunch from work nearby and tried the North Style Beef Stew with Banh Mi-- really great flavor and the bread was perfect.I'll have to come back again soon, as not many places serve congee so I'll be trying that or a bowl of their pho!

Absolutely delicious! I wasn’t sure what it was going to be but I ended up ordering the North Style Beef Stew w/ Banh Mi. It was a loaf of Banh Mi bread with all the toppings on a plate along with a bowl of incredibly delicious beef stew. The flavor was something in the space of American chili. Delicious! Prices are good and staff is quite friendly. The veggie Pho is chicken broth but there were several other good vegetarian options.

I am PASSIONATE about food, especially Vietnamese food. Coming from Los Angeles (Orange County has one of the best viet food in the country) and having lived in Vietnam for many years, I have a very high standard for Viet food.Their Bun Rieu here is…just incredible. The pork bone broth has incredible depth and is balanced really from the acidity of the tomatoes. They don’t skimp out on toppings. The highlight of the bowl for me is their rieu, the minced pork and crab mixture. I think this is what sets out good bun rieu from amazing bun rieu. I can tell they spent a great deal of time cooking it at a low heat to be able to achieve such a tender and delicate texture. Overcooked pork mince and crab is just unappetizing. My second favorite item on the menu is their Bun Bo Hue. She told me she uses many different types of beef bones, beef, and pork to be able to achieve more depth in their stock. Lemongrass HAS TO be in the forefront of a good bowl of bun bo hue in tandem with a rich stock and they do a great job at this. Again, they don’t skimp out on toppings.I know service can sometimes be difficult for them to navigate. Personally, I couldn’t care less about the service at Asian restaurants, as long as the food is good! This is how it is in most of Southeast Asia! So please have some empathy and patience when you dine at family owned restaurants.I can’t comment about their pho. I’m not a huge pho guy, because bun rieu and bun bo hue exist.

Vegetarian options: Egg rolls were scrumptious. Hanoi rice was excellent. Staff was efficient and kind. I would highly recommend this gem of a Vietnamese Restaurant in Orinco Station

Their Bun Bo Hue tasted like my mom's soup. It was delicious and fresh. It's so hard to find good BBH, this place really does it well.
