I have had a very sad experience in this restaurant. I live nearby this place for the last 4 years and I have been there to have a bowl of good pho for over 30 times. The food is great, no complaints. The server/owner lady never smiles. She always appears like she is probably angry. I never bothered about that. I thought as long as my food is great, this is ok and honestly food is the main reason I go there anyway. I usually go there after 5 pm when the restaurant is almost always empty or maybe one or two other tables have patrons. I never saw the restaurant more than 30% full. In my head, I always felt like I am supporting a local eatery. Although, there is a pho place right next door, much nicer looking and almost for the same prices. I don’t even use their rewards system to redeem free food in attempt to support them even more. Today, for the first time I went there with my family. The lady was as usual not smiling, not even replying to my questions at times. As if she is not happy that we are there. The restaurant had a little bit more people today, but still about 50% seats were empty the whole time we were there. Surprisingly, she was smiling and chit chatting with other patrons. She never came to our table to ask how our food was or even refilling our water. I noticed she was doing that with other patrons. I realised, she can be friendly with her patrons, just choosing not to do the same with us. My family and I felt uncomfortable and not welcome over there. On my way out when paying, I asked her if I upset her in some way as she behaved differently with us. She replied that I am a very slow eater and occupy my table for longer. Well, she is right, guilty as charged. During all of my solo trips to this place, I took a good 45-60 minutes to finish my bowl of pho, enjoying a podcast or an episode of my favourite show, AT ALL THOSE TIMES, the restaurant was 70% empty. Well, I definitely overstayed my welcome, so not going back there anymore. Hope this place has a speedy growth and all the best.

Food was awesome, me and my steaming hot boyfriend just got finished with our after Christmas party 😙🤫 and then decided to visit this small pho shop. Food was awesome, service was great.
Pho-nomenal! I lost my voice and needed some comfort food. I got the Pho Ga and loved it! Incredible portion sizes. There was a ton of meat, and while chicken in pho can often times feel dry or bland, this was wonderfully juicy and flavorful. I recommend it if you’re in the area.
