This used to be my favorite pho place and had been coming here for 10 years. But the service lately has been so bad I'm never going back. There's 2 ladies that run the place and take the orders. One of them is amazing and sweet and the other is this really rude lady that acts like she's pissed off to serve you. I came in with family and she only waited for us to order food and walked off. She didn't even wait for us to order drinks so when she came back around we ordered some sodas and a bubble tea. When the sodas came around it was just the canned beverage. Every time prior you'd get a cup with ice and a straw. So again when she came around with the food we asked and she got upset and said to next time order it all at once. I kindly let her know we were unaware we had to start specifically ordering it that way. We dined we tipped and paid and went back a week later. This time we went back and ordered more specifically and she was like "okay okay yeah yeah I know cup ice straw yeah" and walked off. One of our dishes came in wrong and they refused to redo or refund. It's sad that what was once a great place to eat has now turned into an unwelcome environment. Order takeout and save yourself the hassle

My mother 1 year old and I came in to get food to go. The waitress who took our orders was the rude from the start, didn’t have a smile on her face and was very rude. My mom sat and waited for the food for almost 30 minutes while everyone who came in after her were getting served. My mom went up a couple of times to ask about the food just to quickly get shut off and ignored.After flipping out and asking for a refund, they refused, handed us the food and pushed us out. We finally got our food and realized we were missing an order when we were already almost home. Terrible customer service

Call to place your order if you're picking up. The food services charge you more and charge the restaurant too.Great service. AMAZING pho. My 5 year old asked for it for breakfast after we had our the night before for dinner. Delicious.
I did not like the meatballs in the Pho, or the egg rolls, but everything else was great. I think it was the way they cooked them.Vegetarian options: There are so many!!Dietary restrictions: They are very flexible!!Parking: Parking lot is very busy!Wheelchair accessibility: It is, but not enough!

I’m not in the habit of writing bad reviews and based on the other reviews that have been left for this place I’m surprised by the experience we had. We ordered vermicelli bowls and a papaya salad. The shrimp skewers were burnt, one of the shrimp was actually crunchy from how burnt it was. The pork was sliced VERY thin considering the bowl was $15. The papaya salad was good, had nice crisp papaya and tasted fresh, although when we ordered we asked for spicy and it wasn’t spicy at all. The woman serving us didn’t seem thrilled we were there, nor did she seem thrilled to be there herself. Perhaps we should’ve taken it as a sign that we were the only ones there around dinner time. If you want to take a chance on this place maybe you’ll have a different experience, but we’re not coming back any time soon.Parking: It’s a shared lot so parking is hit and miss

The food was amazing. The to-go portions are very good. We were going to eat there but realized we couldn't stay, ended up getting it to go, there was no utensils or napkins in the bag, no sauces were offered. I asked for Sriracha sauce, I didn't ask for utensils as I assumed there would be some in there. We ordered a #3 Pho and Chicken Pad Thai and some Fried Calamari and she gave us 2 sauce packets. I would definitely stay and eat there next time. Might not do to-go anymore.

Bland broth, small bowl (they have large and extra large - LOL!) little meat. Noodles fall apart after a few minutes. Clean place.
