Well, I should've looked on here before ordering. Here is our horror story to add to this deplorable "Pizza Hut".

Ordered online, wrestled with having to turn off adblockers to get the payment info to go through. Most of our order arrived in about 40 minutes after ordering, which isn't too bad except they forgot one of the items at the store and it took another 40 minutes to receive it, but at least I didn't have to call the store, I hear that's dreadful to do.

Let's talk about the food we received.
They must be out of paper liners, because the cinnamon sticks were cemented in place on the cardboard, and actually took some cardboard up along with it when finally ripped free. Not a safe source of fiber.

One pizza was way over cooked, and the other wasn't cooked enough. The amount of oil leaking from the corner of the box on the stuffed crust was almost as impressive as the perfect D shape it arrived in.

Oh, and they didn't refire the missed item. We just got hour old cold chicken placed on the ground in front of our door, and a text from a non Pizza Hut phone number saying it was there.

This store is clearly a joke. Get your act together if you're gonna use a brand name.

We bought a large pizza with one topping of black olives for $20. We were told there that you have to order online and pay 50% less. We didn't know this as tourists and we were without internet. The employee there didn't try to help and wasn't interested. The pizza itself was very small and we feel very cheated. Just a disappointment.

Worst pizza I’ve had in a long time. Barely any cheese. Crust was burnt. Only thing that was tasty was the cheese sticks 🙁

Ordered pizza at 6:20. At 7:20 said it was delivered and it wasnt. I called and they instantly sent me to the corporate number And she told me to just keep calling and hanging up until they pick up so i did that and i was litterally yelling on the phone WAIT when they would pick up and im pretty sure after 12 tries they blocked me. My fiance went to the store to see what was happening and they told him it was being delivered and the driver was almost there. We got our pizza but it was delivered almost 30min after our app said it was delivered and 1.5 hours after i ordered it.

Never again. Terrible. Ordered food, said it was delivered and the best they could do was “sorry this happens all the time.” We ordered the pizza and waited for 2 hours and had 10 people over for dinner and movies. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN.

Pizza was good, but what's up with my boneless wings, Pizza Hut?

They did almost everything 100% right! I was able to walk into the clean lobby, be greeted in a reasonable amount of time, asked for my order, then checked on because I was taking too long, and thanked when I walked out the door. I was even allowed to use the bathroom without being given an attitude, like so many places do now-a-days. Just for clarity, the bathroom was reasonably clean.

They missed the mark by: the lady who greeted me and took care of me so well... after I had been there several minutes and asked if the bathroom had a code... she said she would unlock it... and then went in and used the facilities!

They missed the mark by: I ordered a PPP & fries bundle deal, the pizza having the garlic white sauce, chicken, bacon, and cheese. The app has a way to modify the amount of the sauce; unfortunately, not when bundling it in the special deal. So then I received a pizza whose sauce was too heavy and the toppings just gathered in the middle of the pizza, waiting to fall back into the box upon the attempt to pick up the slice. The absolute cheese to this pizza was that the crust was cooked through - barely.
The end result being a not quite doughy, but certainly not crispy crust, with a yummy cheese sauce and a woeful looking pile of toppings left forgotten in the middle of the box.

The two fries were really good! Too bad I didn't see the ketchup packets in there until I was wadding them up to toss them back into the box. I then attempted to salvage them by using the ketchup; but the crisp freshness had been lost in the twist and crush of the wadding.

Ordered at 7:00pm. Out for delivery at 8:15. 8:50 and nothing, called support and they said to give the driver a few more minutes. Now’s it’s 9:05 still nothing. Waste of time. I’ll never order delivery from a Pizza Hut again after this experience.

The most gross place to order pizza the pizza was first delivered to the wrong address then when I called it was picked up and brought to me with bite marks in it oh and cold .

If you have a choice of any other pizza restaurant in the area I would highly suggest you choose another one other than Pizza Hut. Our order could not have gone more wrong in so little time. We ordered online, the driver delivered it to another house, then we called the restaurant because we didn't receive our pizza and the driver came back to deliver cold pizza with bite marks in multiple slices and chunks of toppings being eaten off both of our pizzas along with cold sides.

This is absolutely ridiculous what's even worse is when you call the store to try to fix the situation their systems can't even find any orders when you give them order numbers and names, it's a total fail on all fronts. They need massive retraining and a corporate official to come in and fix this store ASAP!

Congratulations, it's easy to out pizza this hut.

Ordered delivery. Took 1.5 hours to deliver, was the wrong order, and was cold. Do yourself a favor and never order pizza from this location. They take your money and couldn’t care less about the product or the service.

**Disappointing Experience at the Front desk

I recently visited the Pizza Hut and was very disappointed with the service. Upon arrival, I encountered extremely rude behavior from the person at the front desk. Instead of being greeted courteously, I was met with impatience and a dismissive attitude. When I had a simple question about the menu, the staff member responded in an unprofessional manner, which made the whole experience uncomfortable.

I usually enjoy Pizza Hut for its food, but this kind of customer service really spoiled the visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains the staff on how to treat customers with respect. The food was good as always, but unfortunately, I left with a bad impression because of the poor service. I’ll think twice before visiting this location again.

they should really tell people or take it off the app as an option if they don’t actually do curbside pickup. i waited over 45 minutes for a simple personal pizza to be told they don’t do curbside anymore, how long did my food sit for and when i asked for a fresh meal they told me it would be another 20 minutes. why lock the door if i can’t even get my order from inside and they don’t bring it out to you. they saw me sitting there, they have the car description.. no they let people sit there while they do nothing.

The app was a huge pain in the rear. After closing and reseting it 6 times it finally worked. Then pizzas arrived barely room temp and the boneless wi gs were sitting in a pool of grease and flat out nasty
