This location is consistently busy, so wait times for deliveries can be upwards of an hour fairly frequently. I recommend ordering it ahead and picking it up yourself, as usually that's far quicker if you're in a time crunch.
The pizzas have always been hot, fresh and consistent. Unlike the location at Scholls Ferry and Allen, they've never missed a single thing on any order ever. Busy as hell, multiple pizzas, rushing to fulfil all the orders, and they never miss a beat. That deserves the utmost credit. That's a set of skills most people lack. I can't imagine being able to do that all so well so rushed myself. Major props to them for all of it. The delivery staff however have infrequently mistakenly given us someone else's order, meaning they no longer legally nor by company rules take back the food unless they just throw it away, which means when this happens, you get two orders of food for the price of one. If anything, I'm always kind of jazzed when this happens because of it. It sucks for the staff and especially the drivers, but hey, it's going to happen inevitably to you, so you may as well take it in stride.
I recommend trying a stuffed crust pizza with creamy garlic parmesan sauce (white sauce), grilled chicken, bell peppers, fire roasted peppers and purple onion on it. If you want, bacon and black olives also go well on it. It is in my opinion the BEST pizza order you can get at Pizza Hut, hands down. My all time favorite.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Workers are lazy and don’t do their job. Say you have to order in person or online when it’s 10pm.. 2hrs before they close. Showed up in person to place order and said the $7 deal was online only… never experienced this service at any other Pizza Hut or restaurant in that case.

We haven't had pizza hut for years, and now I know why. The pizza tasted horrible. The ranch dip flight was taken straight out of the pizza warmer and I was told it was served warm. It was thrown straight into the trash once we got home. And the pizza joined the ranch, soon after. Very disappointing and a waste of money.

Well, I should've looked on here before ordering. Here is our horror story to add to this deplorable "Pizza Hut".
Ordered online, wrestled with having to turn off adblockers to get the payment info to go through. Most of our order arrived in about 40 minutes after ordering, which isn't too bad except they forgot one of the items at the store and it took another 40 minutes to receive it, but at least I didn't have to call the store, I hear that's dreadful to do.
Let's talk about the food we received. They must be out of paper liners, because the cinnamon sticks were cemented in place on the cardboard, and actually took some cardboard up along with it when finally ripped free. Not a safe source of fiber.
One pizza was way over cooked, and the other wasn't cooked enough. The amount of oil leaking from the corner of the box on the stuffed crust was almost as impressive as the perfect D shape it arrived in.
Oh, and they didn't refire the missed item. We just got hour old cold chicken placed on the ground in front of our door, and a text from a non Pizza Hut phone number saying it was there.
This store is clearly a joke. Get your act together if you're gonna use a brand name.
We bought a large pizza with one topping of black olives for $20. We were told there that you have to order online and pay 50% less. We didn't know this as tourists and we were without internet. The employee there didn't try to help and wasn't interested. The pizza itself was very small and we feel very cheated. Just a disappointment.

Ordered pizza at 6:20. At 7:20 said it was delivered and it wasnt. I called and they instantly sent me to the corporate number And she told me to just keep calling and hanging up until they pick up so i did that and i was litterally yelling on the phone WAIT when they would pick up and im pretty sure after 12 tries they blocked me. My fiance went to the store to see what was happening and they told him it was being delivered and the driver was almost there. We got our pizza but it was delivered almost 30min after our app said it was delivered and 1.5 hours after i ordered it.

Never again. Terrible. Ordered food, said it was delivered and the best they could do was “sorry this happens all the time.” We ordered the pizza and waited for 2 hours and had 10 people over for dinner and movies. WILL NEVER ORDER FROM PIZZA HUT AGAIN.
