Came here real quick for lunch. Ordered the powerhouse salad. They first told me they didn’t have the grape tomatoes do I want sliced. I said ok. Then they didn’t have the fat free vinaigrette. Fine I’ll take balsamic. As I was eating I found a big chunk of avocado shell in my salad. Do better.

For the same cost you can go to Jersey Mikes and get a sandwich that’s 10 times better.
Subway has a better sandwich compared to this place

Reports of broken walk-in, and food rotting.
If u get lunch from here don’t order on the app. If they don’t have what u ordered, they’ll still charge u for it and say some BS about getting u a refund for the items and never end up doing it. They for whatever reason also can’t manage to even make the sandwich u ordered. They seem to treat it more of a suggestion rather than an actual customer order. I’m deleting the app and never coming back to this place.

Was looking forward to trying this place but was so disappointed. It was an hour before closing, but all the chairs were up on tables, so there was no place to sit. The kitchen area was flithy, food dripping down the walls, open packs of meat spilling out onto dirty surfaces, poor food handling practices, unfriendly staff, and the sandwich was so gross I threw it away.

I order on the app and it’s terrible. I could come in wait in line and get my sandwich quicker. The app said my sandwich was ready at 12:19pm. I went in at 12:37pm and it still wasn’t ready. Everyone that was in line walked into the store got a sandwich before mine that I had ordered 30m prior. Whatever they’re doing is so screwed up. They need to seriously address how they do app orders vs in store. It’s a real shame too because their sandwiches are good.

Stopped in yesterday for a take out. Staci was super nice and friendly. I go here about once a month or more.

I placed an online pickup order from the Potbelly on Stucki Ave, and unfortunately, the Italian sandwich I received was more bread than anything else. There was just one slice of each meat—hardly the hearty layering you'd expect from a sandwich known for its variety. It felt hastily assembled, and I couldn't help but wonder if this was just the standard here or if online orders are given less care. Either way, it left me disappointed and questioning the value. I hope they reconsider their portioning or consistency, especially for pickup customers who don’t get to see it made in real time.

Charged me three times for the same order, forgot the bag I asked for and forgot the other half of my pick 2, never again.

I've never seen people move so slowly. There was no one in line ahead of me (should have been a red flag at lunch time) and it still took more than 10 minutes to get a simple sandwich. The sandwich toaster also looked like it's NEVER been cleaned. It was completely crusted over with old food. Yuck.

My most favorite sandwich place of all choices.
Sebastian took my order with confidence and made an outstanding sandwich which is the Italian. Healthy eating and good experience
The mac n cheese was pretty alright, but the meatball sub was genuinely the best I've ever had. Looking forward to eating here again.

Ordered for contactless delivery with instructions to knock and leave the order at the door. I had an estimated time of delivery of 1:32. 1:35 comes up and I still didn't receive an email/text and tracking still only shows my order was received. I check my front door camera and it shows it was delivered at 1:20 and the guy did not knock but just took a picture and left. My soup and sandwich both had to be microwaved. Definitely not the service you expect for $30.

Don’t think about ordering during the middle of the day, they took 30 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. I ordered 2 cookies as well and one of them was soaked in liquid. The paper wrapper was all wet and the cookie was soft and mushy, but they still put it in the bag. They looked understaffed since they had 2 people working up front doing everything.
