Man.. I have been eating the Mad Love for ever.. This last visit.. it was made perfect. So good! Red Robin is always a great choice for a good burger and some fun adult beverages!

The service was absolutely terrible. Our table was being ignored by our waiter, and others. Drinks were flat, food wasn’t even warm, and fries tasted absolutely terrible. Normally everything is decent, but this was just terrible. Most likely not coming back to this location.

This was the worst customer service I've seen from this location. Before it was issues with speed and general hospitality, but this was flat out racism. My table and I witnessed the staff actively ignore a black family seated by us for around an hour after they were seated right after we were. No one went over to get their drinks or food orders, and when we asked the staff about it, we were told someone would help them but no one did. The family was not hidden - they were right in the main dining hall. The staff actively avoided them even though they knew they were there, and after the family left about an hour later, we flagged down a manager to tell her the situation and she told us she was working on it after the family had already left, and after we saw her avoid their table several times as well. The family was polite and never caused a fuss, and families that were seated after them were served without issue. There is no excuse for that behavior, and it's disappointing and disgusting to see a restaurant that's supposed to pride itself on great service and hosting families.

I have never seen staff be so racist to a group of customers. My table all witnessed all of the staff avoid a black family for an hour. Not one person checked in with them after they were seated. Nobody took their orders even after they assisted tables right next to them that were seated after them. We checked in with the staff multiple times asking if anyone was going to help this family. We were assured someone was on their way and once again everyone avoided them. There is absolutely no excuse for treating customers this way. Again this took place over an hour before the family gave up and left. I tried speaking to a manager about the incident and she assured me she was addressing it despite the fact that I saw her avoiding this table as well and she only said this to me after the family had left.

So I have been coming here with my family regularly for over a decade and it usually has wonderful food and cheerful service. However lately it's been going down hill from food to service. Now today was the last day my family will eat at this location where the waitress has attitude like she hated her job and couldn't wait to get rid of us, plus arguing about what comes with our meals, messed up drink orders, no silverware to eat with, no replacement of fresh french fries. Meanwhile I am eating cold rubber shrimp and petrified bbq whiskey jerky ribs that were the first ribs I ate where they were crunchy with every bit. There more that went wrong but I am not trying to turn this review into a novel.

I really like Red Robin. I've been before and will definitely go back. The garlic parmesan fries are delicious, and I've never been disappointed with any burger that I've ordered. The staff are attentive without being intrusive. And, the cost for two is equivalent, if not less than, what we'd spend elsewhere.

I was going to go here because my mom got a new job and got me a gift card but I accidentally got there a bit after closing

I was intimidated by some shady characters in a red hatchback parked closer to the dumpsters towards the starbucks, they were meeting with a hoodlum looking white compact car and looks like they all got in the red car to smoke weed

When they got out it was all smokey and I think one or two of them worked there as cleaners or something because they went in shortly afterwards
