We decided to come to Red Robin for dinner, and Ally was our server and she had the worst attitude, she was not nice, had a tone and wouldn’t even look at us. We will not be coming back. She was being nice to every other table but not us… if you don’t wanna be nice don’t be a sever. If I could give a zero star for the service I would.

When I walked in the environment was super welcoming. Specifically Kai, Ruby, and Alysia were all super nice and sparked a conversation with me while I waited to be seated.(wait time was only 3 min) After we were seated our server Ana was super nice and although there were many tables she still found time to double check on us and make sure we had a good experience.

Waitress never came back after getting out food. So much for bottomless fries. Chicken in the salad tasted like it was boiled. Had an order to go which was Cluck and fries. It was so spicy, couldn't eat it. Did not order spicy. Very bad experience.

I try a different offering each time I go. This trip, I ordered the scorpion burger as did my friend. We both agreed it was delicious. We had pretzel bites as an appetizer as well.In the past I've had several of the Donato pizzas. My favorite is the founder's favorite. As large as the pizza pie is, and the amount of ingredients packed on top of it, the price is better than most. The Pizza is very good, no matter which one you get.Parking: Parking is in a plaza, there's plenty to go around.Kid-friendliness: Good kid's menu. I've seen several B'day parties and they accommodate them very well.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy in Easy out, all areas have ramps.

Donatos pizza was disgusting. Sauce tasted like chef boyardee! Worst pizza I have tasted in Oregon yet. Very disappointed. Fries and onion rings were delicious as always, but this is about the only thing to go to this restaurant for anymore.
