My burger was 99% great. My only complaint is the jalapeños in it had absolutely no spice at all. The garlic fries were amazing as usual and service was great!

Wish I could give 0 stars. As a delivery driver, I asked why extended delay (additional 15 mins from time food should have been ready) and the manager was ready to check on it until he realized it's for a delivery order and wants to tell me of i approach it differently then I get better service, I didn't realize asking why its delayed is not appropriate. Glad I don't eat here anymore, I recommend others don't as the service is not great

One the worst burgers I have ever had. Do NOT order the garlic fries. Even though they use fresh garlic, they pour a ton of oil on your fries along with the garlic. My fries had literally turned soggy because of oil!
The prices are higher than independent restaurants and the quality is seriously lacking.
Service was not great. Was not offered to top off my glass of water!...

This used to me and my wife’s favorite Red Robin’s until the new manager Sean or Shawn took over. Everytime hes here the food always takes forever to come out, comes out cold and not good. We would come here specifically even though we lived closer to the other Red Robin in Hillsboro since this one always was good, food was always good and the staff was always good. The staff is still good but this bad review is just for that manager. Worst customer service I have dealt with in a while. He does not act like a manager when dealing with situations. Sucks we don’t come here anymore when he’s there, we know when he’s there because it’s always LONG waits and the atmosphere is always off compared to when he’s not there.
Definitely need to move this guy or something.
Won’t be coming here anymore…

As someone who grew up loving Red Robin, I hate to be here writing this review of their current state. I've had previous bad experiences here in recent years, but kept going back to hopefully see the place I grew up loving. I think it may be gone forever. I get that they are family friendly, but the screens at every table that never turn off and are the only method to pay are a big turn-off. The food has consistently been on a huge downhill slide. I was at least hoping that their signiture fries would still be good. The last time I came in (which will be my final visit), I ordered fish and chips. The fish came out way over battered and somehow very watery. Entire peices of fish meat just fell out of the casing in a gush of liquid when I picked them up. The fries unfortunately came out cold and a bit soggy with my meal. When we asked for a new basket they came out way overcooked. I wouldn't say I am overly picky when it comes to food, but I could go to burgerville and get something leagues better than what I ate here for less money and much quicker. The service was lukewarm at best in addition to everything else. It's sad to see them come to this point. I can't recommend them to anyone else.

This location is my home restaurant. My family has a tradition to celebrate everyone’s birthday here. Awesome staff. Welcoming atmosphere every time we come here. Great loyalty rewards program.
