The food quality and portions are very size it is just awful! Both side orders were over fried! Sad to see how small the portions are, compared to several years back! Our visit yesterday will be the last visit to any Red Robin’s!!

I’m honestly just really sad.
I came here with my daughter and the first 20 minutes it took to get fries and my daughter got her food before ours and finished it all before ours even came and we kept asking for fries and they just never came until last minute,
Felt like second class citizens by the way I’m young and I’ve had amazing service always at red robins so I’m not sure why this time was different,, it just made the whole vibe bad..
I don’t get the point in ordering bottomless items if they never arrive..

If you want food and Red Robin comes to mind, you already know you'll have a good time and pretty great service! I've never had a rude staff member there or a bad burger!!! I ordered a slice of cake to go and was bummed when I left it on the table next to us but overall it was a rad experience!

I am always so disappointed by this location. They always char their burgers. I have to send them back every time and they don’t improve. I just happened to be on this side of town tonight. Next time I will drive out of my way to go to the other one.

So, we've been to this Red Robin's, three times and all three times has been disappointing. This is why, it's been disappointing we got a table by the kitchen, and we thought that it means we'll have better service, but those boots that are by the kitchen are a spot, where you will get ignored even by your wait staff. We were dining with four kids on Sunday June 29th when, the kids food ordered was put in first was super late and the adults who got ordered 2nd, got our food first. We were almost done with our food, before our kids got their food. Not to mention, the waitress even though she was nice, consistently walked by our table never picking up dishes or asking us, if we needed anything, we had the flag her down and ask her, where was our kids food because it was late.

I don't even think a manager, is going to come to our table and ask us how we were doing like some other restaurants, because, the manager was too busy sipping on his soda and talking with other staff rather than asking this family, who had countless wait staff pass by and not ask them, if they need anything.

I would suggest you go to a different Red Robin's because, this Red Robin's is by has far lousy service, and then they have the audacity, to expect a tip for lackluster service.

So, find a good restaurant with good service, and a wait staff that actually pays attention, to a family with four small kids that are hungry and wanting to eat.

Used to have Banzai Burger in 2016 which was really good back then but now it's upside down, it's too salty and patty was bland and smaller than it used to be. However, the strawberry lemonade is still the same and bottomless!!!

You know, this is the first time I've gone back to a restaurant after years and have it be HIGHER quality. This location rocks, our server was ON IT, and the food was surprisingly delicious. The deep fried pickles and the hot honey chicken are big recommendations from me!

Also there where two birthdays happening when we visited, they sing a short song and somehow get the whole restaurant cheering LOL. (HAPPY BIRTHDAY MADDY. MADDIE. IDK HOW TO SPELL YOU NAME BECAUSE IDK YOU)

We sat in the bar area because there was a wait if we wanted to sit in the restaurant side. Bar was decorated pretty cool, I really enjoyed the lighting fixture made of different colored hanging bottles and the art on the ceiling. I really liked that there was a bottomless side that came with the burger, and you can upgrade to a premium bottomless side if you want. Service is always good at Red Robin.

My group was served by a very nice person named riah and she was super nice and very helpful and fast service and made sure everything was perfect got refills and more fries super fast also 10/10 will be back again just because of the service alone add in the great food and it's even better
