I was very disappointed in our adventure yesterday to Red Robin. Usually I'm really happy with them because they can put a veggie burger or impossible Burger on anything as a substitution. But my impossible Burger was very mushy. I had to eat my burger with a fork which is terrible. I know that it is a wetter burger (bonsai burger) because of the pineapple but I shouldn't have to eat it with a fork. The bun did not stand up to the burger at all.
The other problem was was the customer service. When we came in the host and hostess at the front were not the most polite when we did not want to sit at the bar even though our reasons were for disabilities (the stools are too high and there were no booths available).
The waitress was training a new person which was totally fine. He was very nice but she never came back to ask us if we wanted more fries. She was really good about getting us drinks and we never were out for too long of those but I want a more fries and she never came back around. I understand it was really busy but at the same time I wanted more fries. When she was around she was nice but it was just frustrating to not have more service.

It is what you expect from a RR. Sat in the bar, good service. I always get the same thing. Bottomless fries were kept fresh and bartender was attentive even though it was dinner hour.

I’ve been coming to Red Robin since I was a child. Specifically the one at mall 205. And I’ve noticed how over the years the fries lost their shine, some places make them too soggy and some always lack the seasoning. But this location. They do it right. All our food was so well done. So whoever they have in the back making everyone’s food even during the rush-hour’s when we went. Kudos to them. The staff here is very hard working too. We’ll be choosing this location more often.

I recently visited Red Robin to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and we had a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was fun and family-friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious, everyone found something they loved. A special shoutout to Becky, the manager, and her team for their great service. They were friendly, attentive, and really helped make the celebration feel special. We had a great time and will definitely be coming back!

I ate the special rrdouble cheese burger ,onion rings , a long island ice tea, a coke my daughter had same with a salad. I was not that impressed with food or service. They were busy.

Service was slow. Not the servers fault they were overwhelmed and understaffed. Management needs to pay more attention to events in their area and good weather prompting more traffic. Put ppl on the clock and earn your keep as a charge manager. Servers did the best they could. Same day different restaurant 1/3 the capacity 2x the ppl on the floor. Corporate B's at its best

At this Red Robin location we were seated and attended as expected, service was not bad but not as lively as you’d expect, when I arrived with my family there was barely anyone seated, so we expected to be served our food quickly, it was the complete opposite, we waited at least 25 minutes after ordering our food, which later we were told something we ordered was all ready out, I wish we would’ve been told before ordering to not have to wait so long for the food to come out, once the food came out the fries were cold my burger bun was toasted for a bit to long and it was crunchy rather than grilled and soft. Food was good I just wish our food was served faster and we were let know in advance that they had ran out, or at least why we waited so long for our food. 😑

I finished watching my Netflix show while waiting for my food (30 ish mins), however it was on a Friday night, so I suppose that is to be expected. They did also give us free fries as compensation.

Good food, good service, and good prices. Just what I expected when I met my daughter and her husband at the Tanasbourne Red Robin for lunch. We decided on an all meat large pizza, but also added some girly stuff on her half, while us he-men ate all the good tasting side of the pizza. Fun time, very capable and friendly server. Ill be going back again soon.
