Round Table Pizza

Taste is good,parking is convenient and the restaurant is clean. The service is extremely slow- it took almost an hour to get a large piza.pizza. orders were messed up,customers were upset and complaining. Management needs to hire and train better immediately, or this place will be gone.

There’s one dude here that makes awesome food. Everyone else makes your order wrong and then will fight you when you ask to remake or get your money back. Like, bruh

The quality is okay but they've started using doordash to deliver and the pizza is almost always cold because they don't let you know the food has arrived.

We ordered a pizza to be delivered and the wrong pizza was delivered. We contacted them and they sent out the correct pizza. The replacement was completely cold and this location is only 2 miles from my house.

The food and staff are great (5 stars for them), but the ordering process is atrocious! Their web site, nor their phone app will allow me to sign in!! Go to reset my password... No email from them either (and I just went through this to reset it just a few weeks ago, so I know the password I'm using is correct). Try to connect it to facebook? Their facebook integration app doesn't work... Some specials are online only, so when their ordering site doesn't work, I just go somewhere else.

As people born and raised in the California bay area, Round Table is our favorite pizza place and we were excited to have it here as well when we moved to Oregon. However for the past year every time we order delivery from this location, the pizza crust is extremely thin. We do NOT order thin crust, this is a standard pizza and it happens consistently EVERY time we order. It is never this thin when we go into Round Table locations and eat inside the restaurant. I'm not sure if they're trying to cut costs on dough for deliveries or something but it is upsetting when you are trying to feed your family and it is nowhere near as filling as it should be, especially for the price.

My wife and I grew up with Round Table 40 years ago in California. We've lived in Oregon now for decades and have been driving 40 minutes to this location for the past year….not one single let down…the pizza is ALWAYS excellent…best prepared pizza anywhere…delicious…and the prices are reasonable for the excellent product; decent service too. This location is in a unique position to thrive for years if they keep doing this right. The pizza is PERFECT…just keep that up, keep prices reasonable and otherwise continue to focus on improving the customer experience for the other things that also greatly matter: Hospitality, atmosphere and cleanliness. The tv’s are great to look at but I would mute them and play music…smooth jazz or yacht rock channel…easy listening for all. Nice job and good luck, RT.

The pizza was hot but hardly no toppings what is going on here. you want us to pay for your expensive pizza, but you don't want to put no toppings on them. More cheese than topping not going back but there was two people there

Wait time was 20 minutes after it said it would be ready. Spent 105$ including tip for 2 large pizzas , wings and 6 pieces mozzarella sticks and it was disgusting . Food was over cooked. Wings burnt and no hot sauce they were supposed to be buffalo wings . Waste of money forsure .
