Used to love going here. Went in today and ordered a sausage bagel. Very disappointing. The guy handed the bagel to another person without checking it was his. The guy left with it and came back saying it's not right. Then it was given to my husband without checking to see if it was opened or bitten. Once we got it the party was maybe half of the whole bagel (extremely small) and the bagel was dry.

After walking a d waiting I talked with the female worker regarding vegan doughnuts. I was then told there by order. She then informed me she can take a look in the freezer and see if there are any. Then she would MICROWAVE them WHAT? After waiting for her to finish the order she was working on she then started helping other people even though I was there before anyone else. Just another wonderful customer service establishment. O and nothing on tnere very high-end website states vegan doughnuts by order only.

All oir donuts and donut holes on the outside are just hard from being exposed on the displays the croissant breakfast sandwhich i got was a complete joke especially for 8 dollars. Sausage is a tiny frozen sausage patty that doesnt even cover half the bread and was some how hard like overcooked ?

I ordered a strawberry smoothie from here and initially I didn't notice but after a couple of sips I realized that it had this strange pungent taste like apple cider vinegar that made my lips sticky in it that I have tasted many times in the area. Waste of money good thing I only bought a small.
