When I walked in, the cashier , Damien, welcomed me in. He was also helping Spanish speakers and as I was eating he came over and made sure I was taken care of and asked if I needed anything else. By far the best experience here and the most lively staff member!
So disappointing!! We were looking forward to trying Shake Shack for some time now that we have one in our neighborhood. The woman at the register was very friendly, smiled a lot and got our order entered correctly. The burgers were so salty and the lettuce was soggy and stringy. The burgers were hot though.
