It's simple and delcious. No fancy frills, just a really hearty, filling breakfast sandwich. The buscuits are amazing - perfectly crispy toasty on the outside, and somehow both crumbly and moist. Perfectly paired with the juicy smashers! Was just the perfect brunch on a chilly, stormy day.
Tried the donuts as a little sample as well, and they were busssinnnnggg. Reminisce of a beignet. Good price, just tucked wayyy back behind data center territory.
And the folks running the truck are super friendly! My only rec would be to have a little more seating; it seemed there was only one uncovered picnic bench. We took to go since it was rainy :)

Shelby‘s is fantastic and affordable. My friend and I went there for the first time (and won’t be the last) on a rainy Saturday morning. We ordered the special smash sausage sandwich. Also the spectacularly delicious homemade sugar and cinnamon donuts. Great friendly fast service. They brought the food to our truck. It is now become our favorite breakfast sandwich and favorite donuts we’ve ever had in our life. And that’s after having traveled around the world eating Breakfast foods and pastries. Again, Shelby’s is fantastic!
Kid-friendliness: Their son was there and very friendly family.
Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a level parking lot.
Amazing food and customer service. I look forward coming here when I can.

Wow! I got the sandwich with a bagel, two smashers, egg, cheese and a hash brown. It was perfect. I couldn’t recommend this little hide away more. We hit this up on our way to next level and it was such a great way to start the day. The coffee was great The service was excellent! Very nice and professional staff - we even got a donut sample to warm up the chilly morning

Hidden gem!! The guy taking my order was the prime example of how you should treat your customers. The staff was so cool. The food was so good. 100% going back this week for more and bringing friends. Hash brown smasher, bacon jam! Dang I'm hungry again.

A small food cart with huge tastes. I love their biscuits and the workers were very kind. Great location away from the road for some quiet outdoor dining. Greg is awesome and has great recommendations. Their hash browns are the best!
Stopped on our way back to Montana! It was lovely and the people there were equally so. The food was even better. Definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area.
