The double smash cheeseburger 🍔 was not what was in the advertising picture. It was smaller, less spectacular, and kinda salty. The payment system in the stall we parked in did not take our cc... a server had to take our card inside to make the payment. This delayed us receiving our meal. The onion rings were tasty but the breading was sugary. We may not come back to sonic again.

I'll give it to the boys working, they were trying hard, darn hard. But obviously they were left short handed and fend for themselves. Sonic portions and size are horrible. $26 for dinner and got 1 piece of bacon on a sandwich, a corn dog that was smaller than most appetizers, 3 pieces of chicken that equal 1 from anywhere else. Should have went to Subway.

Came into Sonic today, I ordered a medium diet limeade, and a coca-cola. I also ordered 2 of the Fanta soda floats. The floats had very little amount of ice cream, I understand that it’s on the 1.99 deal, but there should be a good mix of the ice cream with the drink, and not just a little tease. and the diet limeade was made incorrectly and got the cherry limeade. Please make sure to double check your orders.

This sonic app sucks!! Corporate needs to get it together on this!! The app says happy hour in the evening, 2 weeks ago i went just for happy hour. I placed my order and pulled forward to get told it was $40! I wasn't at all prepared for that. There was a long line of cars so I was stuck. They don't have happy hour at this location at night!! Then your manager gets yelled at because it's false advertising. I tried ordering off the app tonight, I couldn't figure it out, they sent a gal out and she couldn't figure out how to do it, and bless her heart, the manager Kelsi, came out and was extremely helpful. She took care of the issues I was having and did so with a smile. If you're going to have specials, they need to be company wide. As a customer, how am I supposed to know what store has what? I'm looking at the app and that's what I expect as a customer. It's not my job to figure out how to be a Sonic customer. It is however, much easier to NOT be a Sonic Customer. Word of mouth is the best advertising, and also the biggest detriment to a business!! Get it together!!

I love sonic and their food, but this most recent visit was a terrible experience. With two yelling & fighting kids in my back seat, Sonic was apparently in such a rush that when the carhop arrived with my food and drinks our items got pushed at me and they dumped a drink all over my and my car. So now I'm sticky, my car is sticky, my clothing is soaking up soda, and someone only gets half their drink.
