Lovely dinner. Chelsea was a great host! The ambience was great. It's a quiet and classy place for a nice evening out.

Everything was on point from the time we got there to the time we left. No complaints at all.

This restaurant was a great place to celebrate our DIL's birthday. We were tucked away in a quiet corner and were able to converse while we ate. Service and food were excellent.

Lovely dinner at brunch time with a very informative, social and friendly waitress(Chelsea). We ordered the Seafood linguine and Grilled Chicken Marsala. The grilled chicken marsala was delicious but a lil salty to my non salt liking tastebuds. Note to other salt less fans: May have to pair marsala with the mash potatoes which might tone down the salt.

Ambience, food and service was great. I wish they had veggie patties for burgers instead of impossible patty that costed extra $5 and wasn't tasty at all.

Service was exceptional! The open kitchen was loud. Fun to watch the chefs cook though. Worst rib eye steak I’ve ever had. Stanfords has gone downhill in the past 3 years. My baked potato was not cooked throughly. The bacon on it was cold and hard. The rib eye was so bad that after a 1/4 of it I couldn’t chew any more of it, which was fine since my knife would barely cut it. At first sight I thought ‘wow’. What a big beautiful steak, until my first bite when I tried to chew it. Squash was overcooked also.

We enjoyed creative, high quality creations. Each course was paired with excellent wine pairings from one of only three Biodynamic wineries in Oregon. Wonderful. We were gifted with a bouquet making opportunity as well as butterflies flying escaping our dessert boxes. —a truly memorable evening. —even more than we expected. Truly stunning.

The food here has gotten better and better over the last year or so. We all loved what we had.

We were seated in the back with no one around us and that was obvious because no one came to greet us. We sat there for TEN MINUTES and then we just left, very unhappy. The only good place to sit is in the bar area where Nicole and Katie are awesome and the service is great. Unfortunately Open Table won't give you points for sitting there.

Good meal. Honest drinks. Ribeye steak tasty and prepared as ordered, but about 1/3 was too tough. Halibut dinner and salads were excellent.

We had a nice and relaxing dinner. My son celebrated his birthday and enjoyed his complimentery dessert.

Stanford's is our favorite steakhouse so we try to go every time we visit Portland! Food is always delicious and perfectly done. Waitstaff and environment have always been excellent. We've now gone several times over several years and this is consistent for Stanford's; would highly recommend for any occasion or no occasion at all!

My spouse and I dined at your establishment during a recent trip, and we were highly impressed. The cocktails, particularly the Spring Breeze and Paper Plane, were exceptional, as were the Brussels sprout and shrimp cocktail appetizers. Furthermore, the ribeye and baby back ribs were delicious. The service we received was also outstanding. We will definitely dine here again when in the area.

I am unable to agree with the good reviews of this steak house restaurant. I ordered the prime rib medium. When it came, the whole piece was mostly inedible because more than half of the 12 oz portion was an slightly slab of fat. I understand that fat is flavor, and I’ve had prime rib many times before at buffets in Las Vegas. Never before has it been so poor. In addition, the part that wasn’t fat was very tough, sinewy and stringy to try to cut through-a very disgusting experience overall. The baked potatoes was cold and unflavorful and my brussel sprouts were cold and poorly seasoned. I would never return here, nor would I recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your money.
