Haven't rated food as we didn't eat! Cold brew and lemonade hit the spot...first of many I suspect - great vibes and usual great American service! Nice little outdoor seating area.

I’m honestly getting frustrated—every time I order from this Starbucks, my drink is noticeably underfilled. I’m paying full price and not even getting a full cup. Whether it’s iced or hot, the level is way below the rim and it feels like I’m getting shorted every single time. It might not seem like a big deal to some, but when you’re a regular customer, it adds up. Please do better and actually fill the cup.

My fiancé and I order delivery about once a week and for the last 6 months, we have not received a straw in any of the orders when we specifically ask in the app and write down in special requests for one. The food is always delicious and the coffee good, just wish i didn’t have to spill a drink on me because the sipper lids don’t stay on and i didn’t get a straw.

The caramel macchiato I ordered today tasted awful. I’ve had the same drink at other Starbucks locations before, and it was always much better. I only took a few sips before throwing it away, and now that weird taste is still lingering in my mouth.🤮
I can’t say enough good things about this location! Everyone that works there was so awesome today. Ren took my order and did a wonderful job even though I didn’t recall my order. She helped me remember what it was etc.. what a lovely person. When I got to the window half of the staff waived, and or smiled at me. Just a delightful experience, environment; and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you for making my day a little brighter.

Staff has always been extremely friendly to me. I am a regular at this store, and have been for the last decade or more. Everyone is always so polite, asks about my day, and makes me feel welcomed and included. Drinks are always made precisely and exactly how I wanted them, and are out FAST. Especially if I'm coming through the drive-thru. 10/10 always come here when I want Starbucks.

I’m giving this location one star because the bedside manner of three of the people that work there is terrible. The woman who answered the phone did not give me her name. The girl that took my orders name is Gigi and the store manager’s name is Ren. I went through the drive-through and the girl who took my order was extremely rude and when I pulled up to the window, apparently it was the store manager who handed me my drink, which was wrong. I explained to her The drink was wrongand she told me that she was gonna look it up in their store policy later and then like went on her way. Didn’t say have a nice day didn’t say anything just ignored me. I called the location and spoke with another woman who was also equally as rude and she wouldn’t take accountability or apologize for the brashness of the other employees. I asked for the employees names when she referred for me to contact corporate, and I asked her to repeat the names back to me because she was talking so fast and she refused. She hung up on me mid phone call. I called back. They wouldn’t take my call. I called back again. They wouldn’t take my call. All I wanted was the last name of the store manager to refer to in my email to corporate in addition to corporate’s phone number. This location is terrible and nobody should go here. Maybe the leadership is poor.

I had asked for a venti drink and a cake pop for my daughter payed $10.65 and when I notice they had Gaven me a tall and when I went back to ask what happen the girl at the window claim that I had just payed for a tall and payed $10.45 so for $.20 cents they gave me a smaller drink even tho I gave payed full price she wasn’t nice at all and the drink wasn’t even made the way I asked for really not coming back here at all .

Had mobile order placed at 4:43. Yes store was busy so patiently waited. And noticed that the baristas were conversing through their headsets more than they were assisting many customers. Not once was I asked if I needed any help or what order I was waiting for. A third worker came storming out of the back room directly to me and asked if they could help. Once I gave my name they made a drink, slammed it on the counter. My second drink had already been sitting on the pickup counter for at least 8 minutes. Being a hot coffee. I asked for them to remake it and was refused. I was accused of causing a scene when all I did was ask for my drinks. Their customer service and drinks was way below Starbucks standards. I am a regular morning customer at this location and have never been treated with such disrespect here.
