I can’t say enough good things about this location! Everyone that works there was so awesome today. Ren took my order and did a wonderful job even though I didn’t recall my order. She helped me remember what it was etc.. what a lovely person. When I got to the window half of the staff waived, and or smiled at me. Just a delightful experience, environment; and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you for making my day a little brighter.

Staff has always been extremely friendly to me. I am a regular at this store, and have been for the last decade or more. Everyone is always so polite, asks about my day, and makes me feel welcomed and included. Drinks are always made precisely and exactly how I wanted them, and are out FAST. Especially if I'm coming through the drive-thru. 10/10 always come here when I want Starbucks.

I’m giving this location one star because the bedside manner of three of the people that work there is terrible. The woman who answered the phone did not give me her name. The girl that took my orders name is Gigi and the store manager’s name is Ren. I went through the drive-through and the girl who took my order was extremely rude and when I pulled up to the window, apparently it was the store manager who handed me my drink, which was wrong. I explained to her The drink was wrongand she told me that she was gonna look it up in their store policy later and then like went on her way. Didn’t say have a nice day didn’t say anything just ignored me. I called the location and spoke with another woman who was also equally as rude and she wouldn’t take accountability or apologize for the brashness of the other employees. I asked for the employees names when she referred for me to contact corporate, and I asked her to repeat the names back to me because she was talking so fast and she refused. She hung up on me mid phone call. I called back. They wouldn’t take my call. I called back again. They wouldn’t take my call. All I wanted was the last name of the store manager to refer to in my email to corporate in addition to corporate’s phone number. This location is terrible and nobody should go here. Maybe the leadership is poor.

I had asked for a venti drink and a cake pop for my daughter payed $10.65 and when I notice they had Gaven me a tall and when I went back to ask what happen the girl at the window claim that I had just payed for a tall and payed $10.45 so for $.20 cents they gave me a smaller drink even tho I gave payed full price she wasn’t nice at all and the drink wasn’t even made the way I asked for really not coming back here at all .

Had mobile order placed at 4:43. Yes store was busy so patiently waited. And noticed that the baristas were conversing through their headsets more than they were assisting many customers. Not once was I asked if I needed any help or what order I was waiting for. A third worker came storming out of the back room directly to me and asked if they could help. Once I gave my name they made a drink, slammed it on the counter. My second drink had already been sitting on the pickup counter for at least 8 minutes. Being a hot coffee. I asked for them to remake it and was refused. I was accused of causing a scene when all I did was ask for my drinks. Their customer service and drinks was way below Starbucks standards. I am a regular morning customer at this location and have never been treated with such disrespect here.

Awful, customer service. Seems unless you are trans you are not welcome. No hello, no thank you. Rang me up and said nothing not the total no it’s ready for you. But they do make sure you see the huge Lgbtqratuv flag because this is exactly why I came to Starbucks .

How, with 5 people working, does it take almost 20 minutes to get a coffee? And after 20 minutes my coffee is tepid at best? Uncalled for. This is the laziest Starbucks I’ve ever been to.

The drinks at this location are never anywhere near as good as literally any other Starbucks I've been to. They're always watered down and mostly just taste like milk with very little flavor and I've started having to ask for 4+ extra pumps of syrup just for it to taste right.

Today though, I got my drink and it had little black things throughout. They are clearly not cleaning equipment properly if my pumpkin spice frappe has leftover chocolate from someone else's drink. Absolutely disgusting.

Another time, I had come in with my service dog and another dog started barking at him. We walked to the counter and my own dog sat down next to me and one of the baristas came out from behind the counter and rudely asked me if he was a service dog. When I said yes she gave me a bunch of attitude. I don't mind being asked (nicely, preferably), but he wasn't the one barking and she only asked me, not the owner of the dog who was barking. If you're going to ask me, you should also ask the woman whose dog isn't behaving.

This location is convenient because I live across the street but I think I might start just making the trip to another Starbucks.

Title: Frustration at the Local Starbucks

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but my experience at this particular location has been nothing short of exasperating. No matter how simple my order is, it seems like they can never get it right. I’ve tried to be patient and understanding, but it’s becoming increasingly difficult when I find myself leaving with a drink that’s filled with foam—often taking up over half the cup!

What’s particularly frustrating is that I can go to any other Starbucks and have my drink made correctly every single time. This location, however, feels like a different world. I work nearby and have no choice but to frequent this shop, which makes the ongoing mishaps all the more disappointing. It's disheartening to watch other customers receive their drinks promptly and correctly while I’m left with a hot mess.

I’ve tried repeating my order clearly, sometimes even showing them my previous receipts, but it doesn’t seem to make a difference. The staff, while friendly, often seem rushed or distracted, which might contribute to the frequent errors. I really want to love this location, but it’s hard when I can’t trust that my drink will be made the way I like it.

In summary, if you find yourself at this Starbucks, be prepared for potential mix-ups with your order. I hope the team can find a way to improve their consistency because I’d love to be able to enjoy my favorite drinks without the constant hassle. Until then, I may have to consider other nearby options.

I usually go here every morning for coffee before work and for the 2nd time they keep putting cinnamon in my drink. The 1st time I was able to get someone to remake it but today I couldn't get a single person's attention. I had a red headed girl working drive thru glance over at me but that's it. I have an allergy to cinnamon. All I'm asking is to actually read the ticket. Otherwise you could get a lawsuit for sending someone to the hospital
