I like this Starbucks as everybody working there seem to be very friendly and accommodating. Is much more open so individuals can sit and relax.

Most of the time the drinks are good exactly what you expect, but sometimes the baristas are chatting or not so focused and the drinks are not mixed well or they forget a no foam on latte or a Carmel on the bottom request w/ the extra just heavy on top. They are fast and it is convenient. I noticed recently the payment process offers the option of a tip with card pmt. I will just check my drinks better b4 I drive away. =]

This weekend is BOGO but when I placed my order they were going to change me full price. I had to remind them and he said oh. They never called out our drink order by name or our name. After several minutes I went up to counter and asked she said I didn't know what name, then I looked and told her my name is printed on the label. Good customer service is hard to find. Now they turned up the music and are cleaning around us making noise. We won't be back!

Normally I hardly make bad comments but I did consider this place my favorite because they served very well and paid attention to what you asked for a moment today October 14 23 hour 1:30 pm I passed by some cafes but it turns out that the ones I They are tending on the weekends, they are serving all the coffee and the orders wrong. The boy who served me, I had to ask for the napkins, the straws, and ask him what the coffee was for one cup and the other, he was so distracted that he gave me chocolate instead. a mocha coffee that I asked for and he was in a bad mood. I think that if you don't like working on a weekend, just don't go to work and give the wrong order, please put those who want to work and pay attention to what you want because that's why you pay to be given what you want, you have to check who attended at that time and let them know that they have to pay attention please
